Usually very satisfied and happy with chili’s service and food, but at this location: waitress’ don’t take care of their sections (2 occasions of being helped less than 3 times), the kitchen seems inexperienced (tried to order a 6oz sirloin medium well, and came out medium twice) and had to wait 20-30 mins for a complete recook of the steak, manager seems to love to have a “couple” drinks and inattentive to her restaurant.
