Okay, so, normally when I order food through Uber Eats, the problem tends to be on Uber Eat's side of things but this time it was 100% on the restaurant. Why would y'all send me old leftover, cold, stale food and a warm milkshake with improperly prepared boba that was rock hard and not even a straw to suck that up with? I couldn't bite through the boba. I couldn't bite through the cold, stale, overcooked curly fries that had clearly been sitting out for hours. Even the bread on the old, cold, stale burger was hard, the meat dry, the condiments absorbed long ago into the bread (which is how y'all got caught giving out old food), and burnt yet cold onion rings. And a warm boba milkshake to top it all off? Please learn how to properly work with boba, when done incorrectly it's impossible to even bite through, and that shake isn't cheap. I had to throw it all in the trash, sadly, which is such a waste, and get a refund which I hope gets taken from this restaurant. This was so disappointing. The driver was quick, I ordered, he accepted less than 2 minutes later and it didn't take him more than 8 minutes to go from picking it up to dropping it off, so no, it wasn't the driver taking too long, this was on you, the restaurant. I get that it's really early, and people are tired or bored or just don't feel like being there today, but some of us also work the graveyard shift and it would've been so wonderful to have gotten a warm meal instead of whatever was left over from last night that y'all just didn't throw away but instead charged me for. Just cook the food when it's ordered, don't toss your old leftovers into a box and hand it off to an unknowing driver, a lot of customers will take that out on the driver and that's so very unfair. If I get sick, this location will be hearing from me, rest assured. This was so unbelievably ridiculous, and honestly insulting. You'd get 0 stars if I had it my way, and I made sure the driver still got his tip, and I got my refund. You're going to make someone very sick doing this, I assure...
Read moreMorning staff is extremely rude. Went to this location this morning asking for Bryan/Brian (who I was told to ask for on my next visit, due to the print machine NOT working properly to redeem rewards) who I was informed was off for today but that with him being off they people there could assist me. I tired to explain what happen but due to the person on the headset not being able to understand I asked if it was okay if I pulled around. I’m doing so they woman stated yea and as I came to the window she looked like she may have been coming from the lobby or so other area. She walks to the back of the kitchen to get someone so I ask the name of the person she goes to get and her name (Jasmine and Carol- whatever she said) I again tried to explain to them what was going on and Jasmine comes to the window with an attitude at 6:48-5:50am (ma’am if you hate your job or don’t want to be there resign) proceeds to say well uhm Bryan ain’t here so I don’t know. While Carol is at the register laughing. I then leave and call the store not once but 6 times because the first time the answer didn’t say anything and hung up 3 times I got the fax and one where they answered say hello and hang up before I could say anything and the last time where they answered and I was able to ask if they were individually owned or were they a franchise, then proceeded to tell me a franchise, and I asked for corporate number or if they had a corporate number, and she said no, and hung up in my face. This is not the first time I’ve had a issue but it will for sure be the last. Most certainly. I’ve bought the first issue to Bryan’s attention a few months ago and now here we are back at rude customer service. It’s no one spot you took a job and fast food and you don’t enjoy what you do. You can always resign and go find you something else if you have the qualifications to do so. They are so rude and...
Read moreAt first them switching which fries were in who's bag became a running joke. But recently they've started putting sandwiches in the wrong box which also became a running joke between everyone involved on the receiving end. But, I find it quite sloppy when they insist on putting cheese on a sandwich when it's specified "NO CHEESE!" not only by us, but by the cashier as well. Now I get it, fast food work can be rough at times, and it should be a living wage job. Recently, EITHER the person taking orders through the drive thru doesn't know how to select "No cheese", or the fry cook in the back doesn't know how to read or listen when someone says "NO CHEESE". Pickles, tomatoes, onions, lettuce etc can be picked off and not a big deal. But cheese that's melted into the meat and bun is a whole nother story. There's several reasons why "No cheese" should be adhered to: Food allergies and intolerances. If someone dies or gets sick from your food, they're not coming back and if enough don't come back, you lose your job. Religious reasons (some religions don't allow meat and cheese in the same meal). Taste. Some people just don't like plastic "American" cheese and prefer the real deal. Now, if you're working in fast food, and want to rebut me, keep in mind that I've been in your shoes, earned my serve safe, and am really pulling for you guys to get your $15/hr. Truly. But if yall keep messing with people's orders(health/ wasting their money/making food unpalatable), there's no way the general public will take...
