The drivethru cashier was very dishonest. I ordered a Tuesday special for $2.99 (3 pc dark)and a small fry, totaling $5.83. After reading the menu I saw you can a 3pc dark with a fry for $4.79. I asked if one of the thighs could be substituted for a leg(replacing a leg for one of the thighs). Getting to the window I asked the cashier âwould it be cheaper to get the 3pc under the daily special?â She replied âIts a $.10 differenceâ,, that didnât sound right($1.00 tax nowđŻ) so I asked for a receipt đ§ž. Reviewing the receipt I saw how she tried to correct her mistake by charging an extra $.50 to make up the price difference. As she returned I asked whatâs the additional $.50 charge for?? She said âohh itâs because you changed a leg or a thighâ. All the other 500 times Iâve been to any other fast food chicken place including Numerous Hartâs locations Iâve never been charged a up charge for replacing a smaller piece for a large piece.    Read moreI got the mixed 8 pc family meal and paid $24.99 before tax for me and my boyfriend and I grabbed an ice cream cone while waiting. For context, if we wouldâve came in for the buffet we wouldâve spent $2-$4 less than what we did for the family meal. Yet I was told either the general manger stopped to come tell me I needed to pay for it because it is for buffet only. I told him I didnât know and he said well you still have to pay for it so I threw it away to avoid doing so. I was surprised to find that I was spending more money for take out for 2 then if we wouldâve came in and ate way more foodâŚyet I could not have an ice cream cone while waiting. Seems like they are focusing on the wrong things.
When he finally came to bring my food out, I asked if he was the general manager, and he said yes, but then began to argue with me about the issue which I wanted no part of at that point. I was told he was not there today and did I want to speak to another manager so I said yes.. explained what happened to her and she said no problem she would have my order ready.. I get there and they tell me that since my order that was in correct was a month ago that they will not replace it.. I only had 1 day to come and get my replacement meal which I was not told this and would not have gone up there to get my meal replaced.. I asked for corporates number and was told you can call corporate I don't care I am the owner and this is your fault.. I said seriously??
