El Kiosko — Local services in Spring

Horrendous experience! If I could, I will put 0. We ordered a GAUAVA and MANGO raspa, the GUAVA raspa was full of hard seeds impossible to eat, we came back to let them know, and ask for a re-do or do something about it. One of the employees didn't want to exchange it, or do anything about it. She EVEN said she will have to paid for it! What kinda of establishment is this, how they handle a food complain! When I ask for her name, she refused to give out her name, I ask for the manager name and she also refused to give it out, the only thing she said was "the owner is MARIA", " that's all information that I'm going to give to you" Also the Mango was not even a 1/8 of the cup.

Also, I order a "Conchitas con todo" which were ok with no problem. But, the customer service in the place is pretty bad and slow. The employees look pretty disorganized, I had to wait almost an hour for a raspa and some chips..... that should said it all!!! I will never go back to this place.

I’ve been here for the biónicos. So delicious. The people are nice and friendly and the store is kept clean and organized. Overall, a good place for a quick snack. Only thing is their closing time is listed as 9pm but they literally lock their doors by 8:20pm. So disappointing, especially since it’s a long drive for me to get to the location. There’s not a closer one unfortunately. I’m writing this review as I sit in my car. The time is 8:24pm and the door was already locked and they turned off their open sign when I got here. I recommend making the drive down to another location if it’s after 7pm. Don’t waste your time, they won’t let you in. I would give the place 5 stars, but their closing habits suck. You should commit to the hours you say you’re open. Looking through the reviews, other people have mentioned this and the owner has replied and looks to be aware of this. So disappointing that you don’t change this about your business. I will no longer visit...

I have been going to this location and everything has been great. We arrived around 8:20 pm and they told us the kitchen was closed because we wanted to order tortas. And while we were waiting we can see the workers rushing to maing orders. There was a family waiting before us and they got theirs food but it seemed that their order was all wrong. I was just annoyed how the workers were just rushing and not doing the orders correctly. I walked closer to the cashier counter just because we were the only ones left. I heard a lady about an Uber eats order "they better come soon and they be better hurry up to pick up this order" idk what was the whole rush by this time was probably like around 8:30.
