This MANAGER needs to be fired and never have a job again with customer service. I placed an order on like about a week ago and the guy called and stated they don't deliver to my location because "WE" as including me "be robbin". I've never been arrested a day in my life let alone stole anything a day in my life. I called the cooperate office and spoke with a gentleman who stated they do deliver to my location but it had to be in a good time of day meaning day light and I would have to meet the driver at the gate of my community. I was totally fine with that so today I tried again to get the call saying they don't deliver to my location because of " driver safety" I explained to the gentleman on the phone what I was told by the cooperate personnel explained to me. He handed the phone over to the store manager who was very rude and disrespectful. She first got on the phone and didn't listen to anything I had to say she immediately stated "you placed an order online and there is a discrepancy our driver can't be safe there so we don't deliver" I tried to explain to her what the cooperate personnel explained to me but she kept cutting me off. The she tells her associates to give her something so she can report me. The she tell me to "go ahead and call cooperate because this a franchise". The she started to scream at me, while I'm asking her name to file another cooperate complaint which she refused to give to me, "CAN YOU COME PICK IT UP". I explained to her I don't want anything to do with that store anymore and she hung up the phone in my face.

She asked if she can call me right back so she can feel comfortable. Hangs up.... 10 mins later we have to return the call. She answers and states that they are under new management. And continues on about policy. I understand and respect policy. However a couple days ago I ordered a pizza and one of my pizzas was literally uncooked. Raw! Cheese practically wasn’t melted well. We called in at that point in time. 9.15.19 and informed the management about the quality we had received and our unpleasant feelings of spending $30 plus dollars to acquire an unfinished product. Manager stated there will be a $10 credit. Keep in mind I never requested a credit! I never requested free food! I simply wanted the Pizza in which I payed so much for. The pizza itself is more than $10. It’s an insult this facility would be so disgraceful to not give me exactly what I payed for. I Would have taken the pizza back in a heartbeat but the main reason I order online is to avoid a Long drive! I decided on that moment. I am ok with the damn $10. Read morePlease, NEVER order from this location, unless you want to wait 60-90 minutes for a carry out order! The first time we patronized, we ordered the pizza at 8 and didn't get it until 9:55. This is my second (and final) time giving them a chance, and my husband had to sit out in the lobby for 40 minutes. No one even had the courtesy to come up front and give him a timeline for when our order would be ready. I called to speak with the manager and she LOUD TALKED me, asking me if I "want the pizza or not". They have horrible customer service and are absolutely unapologetic about it. If the wait time is going to be longer than 15 minutes, they need to have that reflected on their website. Another pizza hut down the street has it posted on their website that there will be a 120 minute wait for carry-out. BUT NOT THIS ONE. When I receive a confirmation e-mail that says my order will be ready at 8:10pm, that is the time I expect to pick it up, with maybe a 10-15 minute grace period. But an HOUR? AN HOUR AND A HALF??? Absolutely not!!! And like I said before, nobody even has the COMMON COURTESY to step up front and let you know that you will be waiting an HOUR for a funky pizza!!! Please, go elsewhere or make the pizza yourself.
