So it’s been about a year or so since I’ve eaten at this restaurant I stopped eating here previously because of the quality of the food had changed overtime since Covid. The young lady that works at the window is not a very friendly person so I typically would just get my food and go because at that time the food used to be good. On today I started to go here because I didn’t want to get out so it was convenient because it’s a drive-through. They have a sign stating that their prices had increased due to the economy, which I understand, however, I ordered a platter with beef and broccoli and fried rice. I told the young lady that I did not want any sauces other than soy sauce upon giving me my order through the drive-through as I stated, she proceeds to give me two packs of soy sauce and I asked for more and she said well how many do you need? I said well about four more because I have a lot of rice. She says well they’re gonna be $.50 a pack and I ask her I said are you kidding me? She says no I’m not kidding. There is $.50 per pack of soy sauce and I asked her I said since Wynn and she said forever and I said that’s not true because You used to give me a total of six when I asked for them nonetheless she did not give me any other condiment soy sauce or anything and she proceeds to tell me that a local Chinese restaurant pays customers have to pay for extra soy sauce and the one that she named is one that I frequent often and I will ask them for additional soy sauce, and they will proceed to give me more I will not I refuse to patronize this business ever again. I have never been to a Chinese restaurant dining in or out and have been told that it’s $.50 for one pack of soy sauce...

I have been a dedicated customer to this establishment for several years...that is until last night ( 10/7/2019). Whenever I go there I usually order two orders of pepper steak dinners and a quart sized combination fried rice. This all comes to more than $20.00. I ALWAYS order extra sauce for the pepper steak dinners and they have been sending me home with a small container of the sauce every time. Last night as I was leaving I noticed no extra container of sauce. When inquiring Soo-Ling informed me the sauce had been added. I asked where the container was, and, she argued with me saying they don't offer an extra container for the sauce. Right there she had blatantly called me a liar, and, in front of other customers to boot. I don't lie, refuse to be called a liar, and, will NEVER tolerate this action again. While their food will be missed they have lost a regular customer for life. I wouldn't have given even one star as I did after being treated the way I was...I can't change the...

1st time here and I was hoping this place was going to be that nice local Chinese spot... But it was just okay... Ordered the general chicken, orange chicken, ,Szechuan beef, 2 orders of shrimp cheese puffs. Order was ready in less then 10 min, super friendly lady at the window. The one thing that annoys me the most is when there is more breading on the chicken then there is chicken!! Why?? This place prob had the most breading then any other place I've been to. But as for flavor of the 2 chicken dishes , they were okay, not great ,not bad. The beef dish also okay but an insane amount of onion . The shrimp cheese puffs.... Well they needed more filling and spices ... the reason I'm given 3 stars and not less is because the prices are okay, willing to pay a Lil more for better food... I will be back to order to see if it was just an "off" day. we humans are not perfect 100% of the...

I love Beijing Wok. I have been going here since before covid. And although their prices have gone up a decent bit since then (hey…what hasn’t?) they are super friendly and the food is very good. The Mongolian beef is super yummy as well as orange chicken and sweet n sour chicken. Nice crust on the outside and they make everything fresh. I helped support them during covid when they closed for a bit and had their daughter. Now I see her growing up every time I get food really shows how long Ive been coming here. This used to be a sit in restaurant and drive through. Its now only a drive through. They charge a 4% card fee which Id prefer if they included in the price of the food as a cost of doing business but I understand.
