Be warned! Do not order a cake from this bakery. The first time I place an order for my baby shower and the decorations of animals to go with my theme, once we opened the box the animals look horribly made and the faces were actually scary and looked like poop. They said there was nothing they could do, even though I had placed the order about a week ahead. Now for my sons first birthday I wanted to order a rubber ducky cake and the manager said it could be done, I emailed him the design I wanted and he never responded. I called the bakery over and over and they kept changing the times the manager would come in, they kept telling me he would call me and he never did. All this happening the day before my sons birthday. Now no other bakery wants to take my order because it too short notice. All because this stupid manager made me waste my time by telling me he would take the order....

The best conchas I ever had! Super soft, light like clouds and not the least bit dry like so many before I tried theirs. Must try! Also great donuts. One morning I dropped in to get a donut but they were out. I got something else because they said it would be 10minutes. As I was walking to my car, the staff member that rang me up popped his head out the bakery and called for me to come back. Apparently they had just pulled a batch out the fryer. He asked what I wanted on it and made me my donut right there, on the spot ,front of the line, like I was some VIP and I was only getting a single donut. O-M-G!!! I could cry! Never had I had service on that level at a bakery. That’s the passion they have for what they do. It shows not just in the service but the quality of the baked goods too. This is my go to place for my cakes. I like to order ahead just because I get it the way I like it and for freshness. The staff is very friendly I have never had a bad experience here except for one time that I ordered a cake, whoever was in charge or writing the name on the cake messed up and didn’t bother to scrape the misspelled name off they just switched sides and wrote in the other side leaving the misspelled name on the cake. It was inconvinient not because kids at my party stuck their fingers in the cake and I wasn’t able to turn the cake around for the pictures because of the mistake that was made BUT that won’t stop me from recommending and purchasing from here.
