There is no START LINE FROM HERE sign. We went to icream section and was ignored 5 times when worker passed by. Some of the people that walked in afterwards received service before us. Finally I spoke up to one of the employees and asked so do I have to make line and he said (yes. If you don't make line we ignore you.) Me and my two kids where like surprised of his answer to us. SO WE LEFT. Keep in mind this was our first time there. We went to baskin Robins instead. Oh guess what La Michoacana at the place we went to doesn't have a sign we stood in front of the icream and...

I've been here twice, I tried the homemade coconut ice cream the first time and it was perfect! The second time I tried the mangonada and it was perfectly made. I had the plain mangonada with chamoy, I am not sure if they add extras or not but they're not necessary to me.

Will be back and I've definitely recommended this...
