Subway — Restaurant in Sugar Land

2-25-2016 I been here a few times and I have always liked the atmosphere and customer service ...that's why I came back today... but unfortunately today we left home instead of dining in.... after letting at least 2 customers that were by them selves cut in front of me because me and my family of 5 were ordering 5 sandwich combos... I don't appreciate being rushed by cashier girl who was also making sandwiches ...she was charging already when I told her I still have 2 more sandwiches to order and she replied that I should had told her? Excuse me...? since I was being rushed because 2 new customers had walked in now...even though there was another young man also making sandwiches...she wasn't by herself? She ended up charging me for 2 foot long combos that should've been 6in combos...and I ended up rushing to order just whatever sandwich was on top of my head plus didn't know what to do with extra sandwiches I paid for? And not only that...I was the one that ended up waiting for those extra sandwiches to be made instead of the other customers that walked in after me....plain out...

I came here on April 8, 2022 at around 11:30 AM. The food was made fast and correctly. The food also tasted good. My experience here was good for the most part, but not as good as it can be. The employees were mumbling words in Spanish. One of those words were "chingo". It seemed like they were directing it at me. I am not sure of what the context was because I was respectful, but I think it was this: a customer prior to me was rude and disrespectful to the employees and the employees take their rage out on me. I ordered online. Went in to pick up my order which there is a "express" line area. I do see my order (food ready) on the table, but I had to wait about 10 mins get the order even though I did see my order on the table. I ask if I could get my food, he told me to wait, but when the other person came in to get a cookie. The guy ring her up for the cookie and took care of her before me when I was way before her.
