Citi Trends — Local services in Sugar Land

I literally went in this store to return/exchange some items. One of the items were a pair of earrings. When I walked in the young girl at the register said I had to leave my bag. I told her I had some earrings that I wanted to exchange. She said ok, I just had to ask Ms so and so. I’m assuming the manager. I shop and come to the register to check out. She then said, I didn’t see any earrings. I said yes, they were in the bag. She said, I looked. I said no they were in the bag. I know for a fact, I checked the bag before I got out of my car and the were in there. I went back to my car to double check and no earrings. Good thing those earrings were only $5. It took everything in me from going off on that lil girl. She told the manager, I didn’t go in the bag. This was my first time, when she came to the register. I wanted to call her a liar so bad. My blood was boiling…….: pissed me off ole thief. Stop letting y’all employees steal our stuff. This happened today...

The store was stocked, but with nothing special just basically "ghetto wear", but I knew going in that's what this store is know for, I have been to a few of these store's and have never bought anything thought I would give this place another chance for redemption but to no surprise there was nothing new. Also another surprise was that the employee's were also ghetto as well, they pretty much only spoke to the people that looked like was their regular's, or people that fit into that area. I will not be back to any Citi Trends not my type of clothes, environment,...
