Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Texas

I used to order from this place all of the time, sometimes even twice a week. They would occasionally mess up the order every 3rd order or so, which wasnt really that big of a deal. However, the last time I ordered a pizza from them, the delivery guy went to the wrong house by mistake. I called the them back to find out where the pizza was and the manager told me that the guy was waiting outside of our house and there were "children" looking at him through the door ignoring him and that he left. Keep in mind there are no children at our house, nobody ever rang the doorbell, the only the we got was a call from the manager. I called the manager back within 5 minutes and she said that it was too late to send the delivery guy back with the pizza that she had to wait for him to go back to the store first. This really pissed me off since my wife is pregnant and we were already waiting for this pizza for almost 1 1/2 hour. When I told her that they always mess up the orders and that nobody even came to our house she started saying that I was "attacking her" over the phone and she lost her cool. I ended up going to the store to get my refund and she was in the back ignoring me for about 30 minutes and eventually had to come talk to me since I wouldn't leave. This place is unprofessional and not a pizza store that I will be ordering from in the future. The person that runs the store called me back the next day to try and make it up by offering me a free pizza. What a joke, thats the best he could come up with after his manager yelled at me over the phone and treated me like an idiot. Like I am going to let some emotionally unstable person make me a free pizza and spit in...

*UPDATE 2/6/24: I do appreciate that the manager contacted me and I have received a coupon and some rewards points in compensation. Like I said below, Marco's is the best pizza in the area in our opinion, and I look forward to ordering from them again soon. I've adjusted my stars (and they did not request that I do so). Marco's, you're the best pizza in the area, in my husband's opinion. However, recently I have had major issues. It started with your new website, which did not allow me to retain my old points. I had to create a new account, which lost me however many points I had. So I was ordering from other pizza places, but my husband really prefers Marco's. I created a new Marco's account, and have ordered once using that login. Now, I try to login and I just get the spinny wheel of death. So I finally order "as a guest" because my husband wants Marco's. Yesterday, I ordered a deluxe, minus the green peppers (I've ordered reduced green peppers multiple times but always get way too many, so I took them off completely this time) but added black olives and doubled my mushrooms. The pizza was delivered promptly. The delivery person was nice, and deserves credit. But the pizza....it not only had such a boatload of black olives I had to pick many off, but also included GREEN OLIVES, which I can't stand. Picture attached. Well I'm not real thrilled with Marco's on Fry just south of Clay Road the reason being is I ordered my pizza everything was great there but then when I picked it up I had my kids with me and I remembered that I ordered pizza with light sauce but extra sauce on the side for those who wanted more sauce in my house I put the pizza in the back of my car and as I was driving away I stopped and I called the store and asked if they put the extra pizza sauce in my boxes that I paid extra for the girl puts me on hold and precedes to go over and clean the counters by the soda machine I'm sitting outside watching this and I called and she tells me they're really busy I was the only customer in there and there was no other customer in there nobody was on the phone she put me on hold and went to clean the soda area I was very disappointed to watch this and I called her on it she asked me what you're watching from outside I said yeah I just left the store it's not like I'm stalking you she put me on hold and got the manager to come to the phone who told me she was the one who put me on hold not true they had no idea if they put sauce in my boxes so I had to get out of my car and go check and they didn't so I went up there and she says I'll give you these two on the house I told her I already paid for it she said oh well then not real thrilled about this pizza place but the pizza was pretty good so I don't know if I'm...
