Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Texas

We order here frequently. This weekend we received our large pizzas in drawn on boxes. Looked it up and found out that it's a fundraiser and the box is suppose to go to a family members order. I called today to speak to a manager because there was not one available on Saturday. I spoke to Samantha and she gave me a refund and told me that the boxes we received were the left overs and I explained to her that well its gross and unsanitary. She asked if there was paper under the pizza and there was not. But regardless it would still be gross and the paper she is referring to doesn't even cover the entire bottom of the pizza. She didn't really seem to care/understand why I thought it was wrong. I am beyond angry that they would think it's ok to use food containers that was handled by little kids for random customers! I here so many stories from my own kids about all the kids they see in the bathroom not washing their hands. The fact that they think this is ok makes me wonder how sanitary all my previous...

The food is always delicious. One of my favorite pizza places. A bit annoyed at the Mueschke location. I placed an order for a large pizza. A lady behind me places multiple orders yet she received hers before me. I look over in the kitchen several times and the most of the employees are talking, laughing, on their phones. 2 women were making the pizzas however slowly as they were also talking. I happen to look over at the heating rack. A male employee, who e I made eye contact with several times and he took my order, finally looks at the pizza on the heating rack. It was mine. I stated, so my pizza has been sitting there all this time. His response was well it was under the heating rack. This further aggravated me. These kids too busy laughing and being on their phone and not doing their job. No apology. Do better. Clearly it...

I wish I could give more stars but unfortunately as I waited for my order I noticed an employee hugging another employee. This was during the Covid spike. Although, it is unlikely to transfer the virus like this; It is better to follow the CDC guidelines and incorporate social distancing and limit physical contact especially not at work. But, a big reason why I’m giving extra stars is I was given additionally free food I didn’t mention anything about the hugging I was just given free food. They said the free food was for the wait but I was actually there early so I was happy either way. I mainly concerned if they’re hugging what else is going on back there. Great pizza if you don’t mind some possible in fractions of food safety you’re definitely getting the best...
