The food being wrong is frustrating but forgivable — what made this visit unacceptable was how incredibly rude the manager, “Lupe,” was.
I ordered through the app for table service and after waiting 15 minutes, I went to the counter only to find my food sitting there getting cold. When I asked why the order wasn’t brought to the table, she immediately snapped that she “doesn’t have enough employees.” When I asked to speak to a manager, she said she was the manager, then instantly and sarcastically pointed to the 1-800 number on the wall, telling me to take it up with them. It wasn’t that she gave me the number — it was the dismissive and rude way she did it that showed she didn’t care at all.
To make things worse, as I walked away she loudly mentioned my name to someone in the back, saying I would be filing a complaint — almost like mocking me. Later, when my wife went up to fix the missing fries and drink, she also got the same rude treatment and attitude.
This is the second bad experience I’ve had here in a week, both times involving this same “manager,” who also never wears a name tag. Mistakes with food can happen anywhere, but the kind of rudeness and disrespect we experienced here is inexcusable — especially from someone claiming to be in charge.

Anyway its 2am and I just went the drive thur to get my husband something before I take him to work and there was a lady at the window that kept screaming something in Spanish to a lady in the back then kept saying something to me in Spanish but I just kept looking at her and she looked at me like she wanted me to say something finally I told her lady I don't understand Spanish I look Hispanic but don't speak it! Finally got my order and of course it was wrong that and the homeless guy walking around with a bat in his hand asking every car in the drive way if they had some change UMMMMM I THINK I WILL NEVER EVER COME TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN JUST SAD SO...
Read moreEvery time I go there it gets worse. They turn off the drive thru intercom every night so you can't order until you reach the window due to short staff. I ordered a homestyle burger with a extra patty. I got a homestyle burger with a extra patty in a pancake container. Really this is not rocket science people. The restrooms looked and smelt terrible. No handsoap, no paper towels, no toilet paper. Trash everywhere and the plumbing was leaking on the floor tracking it into the dining area. Waited inside for a to go meal for 45 minutes finally got my order and saw the extra patty in a separate container. Why they didn't put it on the burger is unknown, but wait there's more. I was missing a cinnamon roll, so I asked where's it at? They said it will be about 6 minutes for me to hold on. I told them I just want a refund this is uncalled for. There is no management to keep employees in line and focused on their duty. Everyone is standing around like it's their first day on the job. I recommend staying as far away from this establishment as possible. I hope it will get better soon but for the past 6 months it's went...
