McDonald's — Restaurant in Texas

This ONE OF THE BEST McDonald's I've probably ever been to! They're very fast, very rarely do they ever get anything with my order wrong, and the food is, more often than not, fresh and warm. This location is almost always really busy, however I believe this is the reason as to why it's such a good McDonald's. The food is always fresh because it's rarely sitting around for very long for someone to order it. The staff must have excellent teamwork because even when rush hours hit they always seem to manage to easily serve everyone dining in, in the drive thro, as well as the tons of delivery drivers without lines slowing down or them messing up. I lived nearby for about 8 years and I went to this location all the time! The speed and quality make this place one of the best! I'm personally a big McNugget person, but the biggest issue with the nuggets was always the inconsistency. Sometimes they'd be amazing, but other times they'd have a weird flavor or texture and sometimes the gross little bits in them. This McDonald's definitely has some of the better consistency in their nuggets! They're always hot and nearly always fresh. Just thinking about them is making me so hungry lol! Just like most things in like they're not always perfect, but most of the time they're so yummy! The fries on the other hand are very rarely not PERFECT!!! They always have that iconic crispiness, and flavor, perfectly salted. If you can imagine what the perfect McDonald's fries are like that's what you'll find here! The inside is always very clean especially considering how many people go through here! Lots of different options on seating as well! A lot of the staff are very helpful and friendly and I never have to worry if I forgot to order sauce, because I can just go up and ask for some! I honestly couldn't tell you how many times I've probably been here! At least hundreds! So a tip from a regular, if you're getting breakfast, as long as you're not ordering right around 10:30 am when they stop serving it, it will probably be hot and fresh! For lunch and dinner though, I found the best times to go if I wanted my food super hot and fresh was around the times when it was busiest. So around noon, 2 pm, and 5:30 pm are some of the best times if I remember correctly to get the highest quality food and also not be stuck in long lines. I just walked out of this establishment with my family. The store was unkept. The manager, Nicole, was completely unprofessional. Our food took 30 minutes to come out. Initially, a young gentleman brought out 3 of our 5 drinks but we didn't think anything of it. The rest of the drinks and the food never came out. When we questioned in it the food eventually came out but when we questioned things the manager came out speaking completely rude. When I told her she was being rude she corrected me and said she wasn't being rude. Not once did she apologize so I asked to speak to a manager as she was walking away. She looked back and told me she was the manager and I then asked for the corporate number. I informed her that her behavior did not reflect that of a manager. She shrugged her shoulders as if to inform me she didn't care so I followed her making a comment about the shrugging of her shoulders. Long story even longer, I waited for the corporate number and she finally handed me the store phone. The number was busy so I called her by name and asked her if she could write the number down. She said yes as she walked to get the phone from me and proceeded to throw wads of paper across the counter to show me her anger. She eventually handed me the paper with the number. I would've never expected behavior like this from someone...

OMG! Worst Experience ever! Order my food thru the Drive Thru and pay $25.17 at the 1st window...NO problem. Pull up to the 2nd window, receive my drinks and closed the window. Man came back 2 mins later and ask me, "ummm what did you order?" told him my order again, then another woman came to the window and asked did I order the 10 piece nuggets? Told her NO, and told her my order again, then she asked me for my receipt. Gave her my receipt, she took to curly headed manager guy. HE looked at it, and told her to tell me to pull to "Stall 2" and wait. Ok... so go there an wait for 10-12 mins...seeing many others get food and leave, I then realized they forgot and proceeded to go inside and see what the hold was? Go inside, and looked and treated like a crazy person, because they forgot about me and asked me for my receipt?! I TOLD them I gave it to the lady in the drive thru w the glasses. They guy thought I was lying trying to receive FREE FOOD.... Unbelievable Treatment! Finally the lady w the glasses comes around and I Point to her and said SHE HAS my RECEIPT! She snaps too, and says " OH YEA" and clipped on a board next to the food area prep. Curly hair manager gets receipts and gathers my food up in 2 mins and throws it at me and says "HERE!!" walk offed and started working the line again!! wow!! What Horrible people...
