BEAR CREEK LOCATIONā¦. Horrible customer service and they STOLE FROM ME! I placed a late order for delivery when I notice my son was almost out of formula. I ordered the Enfamil Gentlease 19.9oz (the purple can). When I saw they substituted it for the regular one, I immediately called the store and no one answered. When I received the order it was the yellow can, which is just the regular Enfamil. ( NO GENTLEASE) (2 TOTALLY DIFFERENT FORMULAS). I guess they were trying to go home since it was almost closing time. Idk! So I called as soon as I woke up the next morning. The girl who answered the phone was very nice but she couldnāt help me so she went and got the manager. The lady that came to the phone was rude as hell. She straight up said, I ordered substitutions and they substituted so I had to keep it. I told her I was not keeping it because not only is that NOT the product I purchased but my son is a micro-premmie and he could only drink ONE formula without it affecting his belly. So she said, weāll bring me that one you have and Iāll exchange it to the correct one. I said, I just had major surgery and Iām not able to drive, lift and barely walk and she said well thatās all she can do for me, if I would return it to the store. I replied, I never got it from the store you guys delivered it to me so if you could come get it, I would definitely give it to you for exchange of the correct one. She said, no she couldnāt help me and was literally acting as if I messed up the order, when I ordered correctly and THEY sent the wrong formula. So I called the 800 number and requested a supervisor. The supervisor on the phone said he would call the store on my behalf because thatās a simple error they can fix. He eventually calls back and says, that lady wonāt budge I offered plenty of solutions and she said, no to them all. I asked him, does that make sense to you what sheās saying and he also said no and he would get me in touch with the store manager if he could. He said he canāt override the storeās decision and heās sorry she he couldnāt help with this. So he transferred me to Dustin. I explained to Dustin what was going on and he said, let me check the shelf and get back with you. He comes back to the phone and says we have the smaller version of it and I said thatās perfect. He said, I can send you 2 since you ordered the 19.9 and this is the 12. I said, that would be great! He said let me walk over to curbside and get this delivered to you. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THANK YOU DUSTIN. So the formula gets delivered within the next 2 hours and they only sent ONE formula of the 12oz not 2 as promised nor did THEY DID REFUND ME FOR THE DIFFERENCE SINCE I NOW HAVE THE 12oz and I PURCHASED THE 19oz. THATS STEALING. Also, if you have a cheaper version of THE PRODUCT I ORDERED THEN SEND THAT ONE, NOT A DIFFERENT BRAND. Itās always issues with THE MANAGERS AT THIS HāEāB. IT DEFINITELY SCREAMS THEY NEED MORE TRAINING ON HOW TO TREAT THE PEOPLE WHO KEEP THEM EMPLOYED.
Again, DUSTIN, Thank you for listening to the issue, seeing where the problem was and fixing it right away! I just wish you would have followed through because they only sent me 1 can of formula. Either way āļø āļø āļø...

Month to month I help and aid my family financially by sending remittances. Sadly the people working at their western union post are true garbage cans. These are the worst people to work with, specially the manager assistant. The blond weighted lady who's always giving me trouble for sending large amounts of money. over five figures to be exact!!
My business brings more than enough to feed this peoples mouth each time! The saddest part is that I brought my wife this time since we both help our families and because a family member needs quick medical attention and needed the money!! Unfortunately their idiotic banking system does not allow them to make two transactions per day even though the money was going to different places and different family members.. by that i mean I was able to send mine out And help my family member who's also ill! But wife was not able to since she we were basically together.
In the End the overweighted blonde lady caused a whole scene, framing me and calling the GM. I tried explaining it to the General manager WHOS a tall white man that we had two separate transactions to make!! Both mine and my wifeās but It was very much like talking to both Alabama Hill bill siblings, both m0r0ns declined to assist me by saying āwe have the right to help who we want to helpā and you already made a transaction. So move on! Basically.. people like this deserve a garbage cleaning position. They forget who writes their checks.
I truly hope they switch their ways for now. However, I will do everything in my power over a long period of time to watch them fall. I truly see a future where this people are replaced by a totally different system, and new digital ways.. I despise their efforts, system, and overall characters. I will not be coming back here ever... at this point the only business competition is within the store. They are the reason the economy crumbles.. if I was them I'd take in any amount to grow the business and overall profit.
Update: went to the Walmart across the street and sent well over $10k also through western union. Without their BS!! On the same day.. I didn't have to come back the next day or listen their miserable stories of why they don't want to take my money. That's why Walmart is what Walmart is today and HEB is a piece of...

Short version: when renting a carpet vacuum, the HEB biz center requires a $20 cleaning deposit on top of the rental fee, then doesnāt inform you where the vacuumās dirt can hide. When you return the vacuum which you thought you had diligently cleaned, they point to the nooks and crannies to find sufficient dirt to keep your $20 deposit. If they wouldāve handed me a wet paper towel I couldāve finished the job myself instead of being treated like a one-time customer.
Long version: Since the HEB near my house was out of Big Green Bissell carpet vacuums, I made the 40min round trip to this location. Upon finishing my vacuuming, I cleaned the tanks out with a garden hose, and pulled dirt from the rollers. I wanted to return the vacuum the same day, but none of the paperwork or website listed the business centerās hours. I called the HEB general information line in advance, and twice no one answered. I drove the 40min round trip to find that they closed at 6pm Sunday, and no staff could help me return it. Returning the next morning at 11:30am Monday, the business center staff found hidden dirt, and wouldnāt give my deposit back. My friend who used the same service at the HEB San Felipe location was shocked when I told him, saying that there they never required deposits from him. I called that location and they confirmed this to be true. I donāt know why I drove the long haul to HEB when I could have just rented a Rug Doctor from the nearby Home Depot. My mistake for holding HEB in such high regard. This HEB location has grown too large to still espouse values such as customer service & loyalty. My recommendation is that if you must rent from HEB, to offset the risk of losing your $20 deposit, just pass on buying the overpriced Bissell cleaning products and buy any generic carpet cleaner and stain remover. I wonāt be driving the extra distance to my local HEB either (not that they had anything to do with this), when thereās a Kroger half-way. $20 may not mean much to HEB, but...
