Small area of town, however, people are friendly and warm.
11/08/18 So, I just went grocery shopping at this HEB Enjoyed the experience as always. But this time I have to say something about the policies for their employees. Almost 99% of the time I shop here I requested assistance or carryout. This is life saving service to me when loading my numerous groceries. Today is a very chilly night the young man that helped me was shivering of could. When I asked about his Jacket, he said HEB does not allow them to wear any attire unless is "HEB's" but he said it's pretty expensive. I find this practice cruel and inhumane. HEB is probably paying this boy minimum wage or somewhere close. To inforce such policies, HEB should bite the cost. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE!! They don't have makeup at this one but have hair stuff FYI. I do miss when they had all the healthy drinks in the coolers by the register. They changed that back to sodas and sugary drinks. You can purchase the health drinks warm. They also got rid of Zevia soda which I was so bummed about. They do have all the healthier chips and cookies too. Their produce here is always close to perfect. Their seafood area has a lot to offer for a small area. HEB fish are always tasting so fresh. They have all that you need and some great deals...

She’s very unkind and unwelcoming to customers with disabilities and language barriers. Her tag says she’s been with H‑E‑B for 27 years. I don’t understand how. I feel so terrible seeing how she was trying to get the customer out the line, I had to step in and help. She was snatching her card out of her hand to slide it in the pad and continuously rolling her eyes. It must have been such a terrible experience for...
