My car was hit in their parking lot on 2/2/25. Hit and run - the driver did not leave their contact or insurance info. I spoke with the manager, who was nice enough, and found out that they apparently do not have security cameras facing the part of the parking lot where most customers park (right next to the main entrance). Although I saw 2 cameras on the rear side of the building, which may be able to catch footage of the rear end of the parking lot/driveway, according to the manager these cameras do not capture footage of vehicles leaving the rear side of the parking lot. I find this somewhat hard to believe because it does not make sense to have 2 cameras, located next to each other on the rear side of the building, both taking footage of the drive thru lane. I’m not certain, but I feel that it’s possible that the manager just did not want to get involved and help provide footage to help find the offending driver. Regardless, park and eat here at your own risk. Surprised that the restaurant does not want to take more precautions to protect their customers vehicles while they are dining at their establishment. In today’s age, one might think it is nearly given that a business would have security cameras facing their parking lots to protect both the business’ assets and...
Read moreMaaan this panda suuuucks. I went through the drive thru and the person on the other end (of course) told me they were out of 2 of the 3 items I ordered. If you’re out, say so before I order. Well, if you thought that ended there then WROOONG you are, I asked her to list off what they had. I asked for 2 things off that list. Then, hilariously enough, they were out of one of the things she listed off. Then I asked this high caliber individual what they had for the third item. She listed off things, I asked for one thing. I swear I’m not making this up, they were out of it. To top it off, I got a half order of chow mein in both of my dinners. If you’re the manager and you’re reading this review, it could have been avoided had you returned my phone call, but it wasn’t for like 2 weeks so I went here.
Moral of the story, just go inside, they are totally incapable of taking care of you in the drive thru. Food quality is good but that stellar squad of people who can’t even look at what’s in front of them has GOTTA give it a 1 star, if the manager cared enough to call me back that could have...
Read moreI’ve lived in the area for a year now and have tried Panda at this location several times and sadly, they ALWAYs disappoints.
Orange chicken is my favorite. However at this location, the orange chicken is fried so hard you can’t taste the chicken. It just tastes like crunchy bits with sauce on it. EVERY TIME!
I tried the sesame chicken. It was slightly better than the orange chicken the first time. The second time it was the same texture as the orange chicken. You couldn’t taste the meat because it was fried so hard.
Portion size. They are definitely stingy with the portions.
I visit the Panda Expresses at two locations in Houston (Eldridge and Hwy 6) when I have craving and I’m on that side of town for work. If you can’t trust any other one-time visit reviews trust mine. The customer service is hit or miss depending on who’s working but the things I listed above are true from...
