Terrible Service and a Potential Health Hazard!
I had one of the worst experiences at this Burger King. I ordered a Texas Double #2 with NO BACON due to a bacon allergy. After waiting in the drive-thru, I drove all the way home, only to take a bite and realize they put bacon on it anyway!
Not only is this incredibly careless, but it also put my health at risk. I had to drive all the way back just to have them remake my order correctly. When I asked the manager, Joven , what he could do for the inconvenience of wasting my time, gas, and nearly causing a medical emergency, he said the best he could do was give me a drink.
A drink. That’s it. No apology, no refund, no real effort to make things right. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability is unacceptable.
I won’t be coming back to this location, and if you have food allergies, I highly recommend you double and triple-check your order before...

I went here a couple of weeks back just for a Diet Coke and a small snack my bill was under $4. I noticed the girl cashing me out in the drive through had my card for longer than normal but didn’t think anything about it. The next day I noticed another charge for $27 for Burger King as well as multiple cash app charges. I immediately called my bank to report the fraud. When I discussed this with the GM she initially appeared concerned and told me she would check the cameras and get back to me. Since this day on April 2nd, she has never called me back. I’ve called numerous times and left messages and she has continued to ignore me. It’s sad that you cannot get fast food anymore without worrying about your finances being compromised. The kid taking my order was rude and pushy, he doesn’t know what comes with the $12 special, I got overcharged, and on top of that I got the wrong order. When I went back to the store there wasn’t an apology or anything, he looked at me like he didn’t know what comes with my order and even had to ask ME what comes with it. I kept having to repeat over and over as if he was high? When I asked to speak to a manager he told me he was the manager over and over, when I told him he wasn’t the manager and to get an actual manager, a girl came out and she didn’t know what was going on either.
