La Reyna Tortilleria Aldine — Restaurant in Texas

So today I went to get 5 pound of tortillas and I was in line for 20 I did not mind because every customer is gonna get their time to be taken care of right .... so this guys walks in behind me and all the girls that work there try to help him so I found out that he had a order for a party that had to be ready but it wasn’t . So they decide to take care of their mistake and try and hurry his order out first thank my 5 pound order that takes 1 minute and do he’s that will take 10 min I got really mad and ask the girl why they took him first then me !!! She reply “ he called for a order “ . That pissed me off . If he had a order you should have that s&&$ ready by when he got there. I saw that we got mad too at them but didn’t say anything . My point is that who ever runs this business needs to do a better job at hiring girls that love their job and do their job right before they loose customers that been going to this location for...

Super rude @ the counter. It's like you're almost an inconvenience to visit here. Not sure how they remain in business. It's been on more than one occasion but after the last attempt we will no longer be purchasing from here and will drive out of our way for better service & better quality food. Just Sad! Excellent service, My family & I love them chicharrones & tortillas calientitas. Ladies sometimes are pretty busy but they always manage to be nice to customers. Management: Just remember, every penny counts, please make sure you keep enough coins, we customers do need those pennies as well...food prices are quickly rising and our salaries still the same.
