⚠️* DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION * ⚠️ THEY PURPOSELY SPIKE YOUR FOOD ⚠️ SEVERE FOOD POISONING ALERT ⚠️ If my memory serves me correctly a caucasian male with a beard and long hair started serving us at the beginning of the service line stage taking our order. He kept a straight face and answered with one or minimal words as possible and literally went out of his way to maintain this as we continued and also had open ended questions regardlessly! The next member of their team was a black male who seemed a little more higher spirited, however, things unfolded, you’ll hear as I continue. As we were taken back by the first representations persona we forgot to order 2 soups, but we remembered while the second representative prepared our sandwich’s and we conveyed to him we would like them, also that we liked the pastry that comes with it to give us a good portion of it, he took the order and that was that and he proceeded to finish with our sandwich’s. By this time we were waiting at the till/payment area and the 2 rep making the sandwich’s said for more pastry it would cost more money! I have been to many location and never heard this, so I said that’s quite alright just the normal portion would be fine, he then conveyed this to the first rep (who started our encounter) and he purposely gave us a smaller portion than usual. We literally both watched him take a scoop and then empty a 3rd of it back into the container so we were dissatisfied. This rep then brought the soups over and started checking us out. At this stage the 1st rep is cashing us out and the 2nd brings the other sandwich over and whispers something under his breath (I’m not sure if it was to his colleague or to us) so I look at him and he has this look on his face and that was that. Naturally the first thing I thought was has he done something to the food but collected the food and left. We leave and on our way out I get one of the managers card at the door way on the table. I believe the managers name is Nadine. The person who eaten that second sandwich had food poisoning, projectile vomiting in the middle of the night! From then throughout the course of today had all the symptoms you would expect from food poisoning! The rest of the sandwich is in the freezer and will be sent for testing and Potbelly will be held accountable. We visited 11/3/23 at roughly just after 21:10 I am confident the cctv will validate my account. Our loyalty card will show just how much we are worth to this company and extrapolated is a significant loss as we/our family/friends/colleagues will all hear about this encounter and will never eat at a Potbelly EVER again!

Read moreI went for Best Friends’ Day promotion to try the place out. The food was good but the meat on the sandwich was pretty skimpy. My husband got extra meat and still didn’t think it was enough. We both got pick pair with half sandwich and half salad. Was decent portions besides the low amount of meat. My main issue with the place was the workers. One lady was putting our half salads together and she forgot meat on one and I told her that I’d like chicken on both salads please. She questioned me saying there was meat on both and then she looked and noticed one didn’t have it and put it on there. She was borderline rude about it. We also asked for no red onion and she started to put it on anyways. I told her no red onion and she looked at me rudely but she did take it off. Once at the register I told them about the best friends day BOGO offer and the lady there seemed like she didn’t want to give it to me. Maybe she wasn’t familiar with it but still seemed to give attitude about it. She asked the first girl about it and she gave me the promotion after telling her about it and more hesitation. The guy taking our orders there was very nice. I definitely don’t see a reason to go here over other places. McAllister’s and Panera are very similar with better...
Read moreWorst experience ever! I ordered two pick two meals via drive thru. When I got back to my office and we opened the bags, we discovered that only the soup portion of one meal was correct. The rest was wrong. I ordered a salad and sandwich for my pick two. My salad had blue cheese on it which I specifically stated no blue cheese and I was not given my salad dressing. Also my sandwich was on white not wheat and prepared dry. I asked for mayo, lettuce, and extra hot peppers. So back I go to Potbellys. And I have to wait in the long drive thru again because the dining room is not open. I ask for my money back and instead, they insist on making it right. Long story short, I get back to my office to discover that the sandwich and salad are now both right. But I STILL have no dressing. So I then have to go to HEB to buy dressing for my salad. It was an almost 2 hr ordeal just to get a sandwich and salad....
