UPDATE: Spoke to RC Customer Service and they were excellent. She was kind and allowed me to express my concerns and made the situation right. This goes a long way with me and I appreciate it very much! It’s the small things that can keep a customer and I will forever be a raising canes customer. 💛❤️🍗 I’m no longer buying food from this location. They are sooo stingy with their fry portion but this time did it for me. I paid $30 for my order to get like 10 fries? Ridiculous! Also, I’m tired of the lady that takes the order because after everything I say she says “that it?? That’s not the way you speak, you make it sound like I’m bothering you and you upset me. Lastly, when I ask for extra hot sauce they don’t listen and still only give you 2 every single time. They just don’t listen and are rude and are stingy with the fries for the amount of money I pay. I’m done with this location which sucks because this is the closest one to me! :( This isn’t what canes stands for and I hope they see this review and check this location bc if they’re losing money, this is why….

I’ve been eating at this canes since they opened and it used to be good, but now when I go to get food it’s always soggy and wet. At least the chicken is. The fries are ok at times, but my main concern is who wants to eat chicken that has wet and soggy batter falling off. You can tell them to make it extra crispy but most the time when you do it never is when you get it. I just would like to see them improve the quality of their food since they only make chicken. They also need to learn how to knock the grease off of the food before you put it in the box, it’s like they just throw it in there wet. Chicken tenders are supposed to be crispy and golden brown, not soggy and almost as white as the chicken. And yes I got take out but I work right next store so it’s sitting in the box for like 2 mins before I open it

First things first…they don’t know the difference between “no fries extra toast” and “no toast extra fries.” Secondly, I’ve worked at a Canes before; it should be policy to throw out chicken fingers that are more fried than chicken, but I always receive at least one from this location. Lastly…why on earth can they not substitute toast for the fries in a kids meal? They can do it on every other meal (assuming they get the request right), but on a kids meal “their system won’t allow it.” And don’t even think about asking them to just not put fries in the box, because that’s too much to ask em. Either way this is the only canes on my way to work so I’ll still go here. But they aren’t great. (Attached photo includes all crispy from one “chicken finger”)

Small disclosure: I never ever leave reviews, however I have visited this location countless times a month since the day it was built when I was still attending highschool. Years later, still coming lol. We LOVE the canes sauce, the Texas toast, and the general friendliness of the staff, but in the past few months we’ve been experiencing complications with our orders that never happened before. Possibly they’ve employed newer staff or management? Regardless that’s inexcusable for what we are paying for lately.

My fiancé put a 5 star review of this location a couple months ago, and I’m sad to say I am here to correct that. To start, the portions size of chicken tenders for the price of a caniac or box combo have shrunk down so immensely. I can say it has been repeatedly sad every time we open our boxes lately to find our “dinner” when it wasn’t ever like that before as we are avid canes lovers.

Here’s the issue to why I’m leaving this review now. The last time we visited, they charged us for two extra cane sauces (per request) but low and behold upon opening our boxes, we see pitiful tiny tenders and no extra sauces to be found. Disappointed yet again.

Today, we visited this location again (MAY 31, 2019 9:49 pm) and ordered our usual order with two additional canes sauces, but politely asked if we could have the sauces we paid for the last time (that we never received) and we were switched over from Erin who was taking our order, to the Manager who rudely asked if we called and complained the day of? No. I don’t like ever causing troubles, but he THEN proceeded to rudely just repeat our order to us and asked if there’s was anything else- just to get us out of his way. Customer service? Can’t imagibe what that employee is teaching his new staff. In continuation, I drove to the window to pay andThe nice lady Erin told us she was going to give us our sauces for free and we were happy and drove off, but we get home and it was a slap in the face to only find ONE. As just to be mean for no reason.

I don’t think I’ll be coming here again, we have repeatedly been disappointed by this location and I’d much rather spend $20 for two meals at a nicer place. We don’t even eat the...

I normally do not eat out due to the way I choose to eat. But last night I was craving some of that delicious Canes Sauce so I decided to go grab a Box Combo for dinner. This was my first time at this location and the very first thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean the restaurant was! The hostess/cashier Kristily was in the dining room serving another guest their food and even went to the drink area to grab the guest napkins and ketchup so they didn’t have to get up from the table and their food. I walked to the counter and Kristily met me there promptly and said hello and asked what she could get for me. After looking at the menu for a moment I decided on the Box Combo. I do not drink sodas so I had planned on just getting an unsweet tea like I usually do, but Kristily offered me a lemonade which sounded delicious! I was so happy she said something about it because I probably would have never thought to get one for myself. After placing my order she asked for my name, and even took the time to make sure she got the spelling correct! This might seem insignificant to most but to me it showed that she actually cared about me being there and wanted to make sure that everything on my order was correct even down to the spelling of my name! I would rate my experience 10/10 and I will absolutely be back when ever I get the craving for more Canes Sauce. Thank you...

HORRIBLE MOD on 4/29/24 at 11:15 AM. Ordered my usual 3 finger combo with senior discount. Any discount requires the card of the manager on duty MOD. Cashier called loudly for MOD. No response. After about 90 seconds, she called loudly for MOD again. The MOD turned out to be the chubby Hispanic female standing about 10 feet away on her CELL PHONE the entire time. MOD either ignored first call for MOD or did not hear the call because she was on her phone during work hours. When MOD approached register, she did not look at me, speak to me or acknowledge me in any way. Did not speak to or acknowledge the cashier either. Just swiped her card and turned away. WHILE STILL CARRYING ON A CONVERSATION ON HER CELL PHONE! I thought about releasing "Karen" on her today and suggest to her that she might want to put her cell phone away during work hours. But I kept Karen away. I'm at this restaurant several times a month and have never seen an MOD like this. My other encounters with MOD's have been profession, polite and they always acknowledge or speak to me while they were swiping their card. May I suggest more training in customer service for the "Cane's Way" for...
