The drivers tried to give me an order that was not mine. I tried to verbalize that it was not mine which was very difficult because they did not speak English and I did not speak Spanish. They drove off. I called The Colony Location, the location I ordered from, and I told the associate of the issues/concerns. I stated that I had to refuse an order that the drivers tried to give to me since it was not mine and that the drivers left but that I had no idea if they were going to return with the right order because we did not speak the same language. The associate then told me that my order was still at the restaurant and that if I had a problem with the driver to contact the delivery service to change drivers. The issue with me contacting the delivery service is that I ordered directly from the Schlotzsky's website so I have no clue who they deliver with. I then told the associate that if I did not receive my order in 30 minutes then I would be calling back. 30 minutes later Schlotzsky's called me asking what the delivery person looked like and I had to okay my own order. I finally received my order and it had gone cold and the lettuce extremely soggy. I placed my order at 12:25pm, my order was supposed to be here by 1:15pm and I did not get it until 2:15pm. That's sad. I'm known for finishing my food, even if it's not the best, but this was garbage. please, reevaluate. and to the person on your food R&D team who thought this was a good idea, QUIT YOUR JOB. Just leave the company. a 2 weeks notice isn't necessary. maybe you can go to work at McDonald's and help them with a filet-o-fish calzone too and get that wreched thing taken away too.
