Wild Forks is a new meat market just south of Castle Hill Kroger. It is a wide variety flash frozen meat market they have a truly astounding selection of meats to choose from including specialty sausages, Choice, Angus Prime and Dry Aged Beef. In almost every cut imaginable. The same with pork, they even stock Berkshire Pork. They also have free range chicken and a huge selection of bacon both flavor cured and uncured. I was also very impressed with the wide selection of fish and shellfish they have at very competitive prices. Now to what really sets them apart from a regular meat market, They also carry a selection of venison Wild Boar, Bison, Emmu, Alligator, Elk, Deer, Rabbit, Duck, Goose and Pheasant. Surprisingly they also had a selection of meat free (meat) so if your a vegan or vegetarian then they have beyond meat products available as well as some other nice frozen vegetables. They even have a exotic dessert counter. Every package is vacuumed sealed and then flash frozen so their is absolutely no freezer burn and after trying several different things I find above average flavor and far superior quality in their products. Well worth the price. Also the store is the cleanest I've seen. The staff are all super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Another huge bonus is everything is clearly labeled as to the source country of origin and if it was sustainably acquired, free range, line or pole caught or farm raised. Wild Fork Foods is definitely worth checking out. You want a luxurious dinner cooked at home- they’ve got all the ingredients. FFF (Farm-to-Freeze-to-Fork), very cool concept! I was very impressed with a huge selection of meats, seafood, chicken, deserts (French macarons) and pre-made dinners. I've been coming here for a couple of years. Was hooked after the first time in due to how quiet and calm the atmosphere is, without all the chaos normally associated with grocery stores. Their wide and exotic variety of meat is outstanding and unbeatable. I make it a goal to try something new every time I go there, and I still have over half their store to explore in my kitchen. I am in love with their bone marrow and duck, but their seafood selection is delicious as well.
