Siempre Natural 'Jackson' — Restaurant in Texas

This location is terrible, the employees are unprofessional and basically robbing the customer. My order of two sandwiches and a salad was taken by Caesar. I received my order and when I arrived at home one of the sandwiches was just bread. I called and a young kind lady told me to come in and they would make me a new one. I arrived about and hour later and when being attended by Caesar and the young lady, Caesar immediately put his head down and walked away as if he knew what had been done. An older middle aged lady proceeded to asking the young lady what the order was in Spanish. She responded with a sandwich with chipotle and pecans in Spanish. The older lady proceeded to the salad bar and said out loud "Chipotle al llorón", I guess she thought I didn't speak Spanish so I responded to her in Spanish with "Si Chipotle al llorón, uno llora cuando todo a subido y tiene que trabajar para su dinero". No response of course just silent and gave me my sandwich and said thank you. If the owner of this establishment is reading please correct these people before you lose more customers because I will be spreading the word that your employees...

I made an online order and for the 3rd time when I sent my son to pick it up after receiving the “your order is ready “ text, he was told they didn’t have it. Then the lady told him to “call your mom” I let him know I was sending him screenshots of receipt and lady very rudely was asking him what he was doing since she told him to call me not text me. My son noticed an order ready in the back and he asked if she could check if that was our order and she said “ it’s not” without checking and proceeded to ignore my son even after my son showed him the screenshot of my receipt. My son had to wait to ask another worker to check if that was our order and it was. My son is 16, he may look like an adult but he is not. No one would want for their child to be spoken to the way Michaela spoke to my son. When I called to complain and she answered I knew exactly who she was.
