I'm writing this on 10/18, after months of not visiting Smoothie King, because my daughter and I usually love the atmosphere and the people. But this time? Absolutely shocking. When I pulled up to the speaker, an older man answered, and from the moment I tried to place a simple strawberry banana smoothie order, he was instantly rude. He kept cutting me off, yelling about how many online orders they had, like that was my problem. Every time I tried to finish my order, he snapped, "Are you done?" — as if I was an inconvenience for trying to buy something. Then when I pulled up to the window, he snatched my card out of my hand like he had no respect for me as a customer. The worst part? The smoothie he gave me was disgusting -poorly blended with nasty chunks in it, and it tasted old. How does that even happen?! I'm honestly confused. Why was he treating me like this? l've never had such a horrible experience, and I won't be back. I'm telling everyone I know to avoid this location. This is not the Smoothie King...

We've been in the area for almost 3 years and for almost 3 years have seen prices go up and service go down. Today on 4/17/24 at noon CST, the man serving me gave me a smoothy that smelled like bleach. I'm all for a clean store, but are we cleaning out the ingredients and to go cups and straws? Pulled around (as it was a drive through order), parked, and went inside. It was evident at that point the store got a full coating of bleach. We were told that they used bleach to kill mold on their counters. Again, there's a right way to clean, and none of that involves having your customers put the smell, taste, nor your store cleaning experience in their mouth!! We left without even asking for a refund. Corporate will be hearing of this. I hope they take away your franchise license as this store is a terrible representation of the Smoothie King brand. Read moreThe time is 7:31pm as I write this review and the front doors are locked. It’s posted on door that doors are to remain unlocked during business hours. This location has a bunch of teenagers that does not care about business nor customers. A total of 3 times have I went at the same time after leaving work asking for a go go goji bowl and is told that it’s frozen solid and can’t be served. And that they ran out twice. I just moved to the area and love smoothie king but it’s terrible customer service and where is the franchise owner? These kids are running this one to the ground. I am writing a review for the franchise owner as well as manager. I’m not sure if Olivia is a real employee there but she loves to play on the intercom.
