Starbucks — Restaurant in Texas

I hate this Starbucks , they never get my order right and the skinny girl with the glasses is always rude . I always come up asking how her day is and all while ordering my coffee and she just doesn’t reply , then top of that she never gets the dam order right . There is also another girl there I can not remember how she looks she’s a little taller and I think she wears glasses as well and she never gets orders right either . And I don’t even have complicated orders, I order stuff that’s actually on the menu not stuff where I make my own coffee. They need to train their employees better ! Oooo yea and to top it off I wanted a frap and she said no that she already cleaned he machine or something so she couldn’t make it , like ummmmm you had an hour left till you close ! That’s so...

Your experience depends fully on who's working and how many people are working. I've been here at least 100 times and I've had amazing experiences and also many mediocre experiences, there is another Starbucks just down the street from this one but the reason I always end up coming to this one is because it's rarely as busy as the standalone store and the staff are nicer (most of the time), from my experience. On Dec 29th, I was with my niece (who recently had dental work). She was hungry and could only have a smoothie. I waited in the line for 10 minutes (only one person in front of me) while the 2 employees gossiped and clearly didn't want to be there. When I ordered the smoothie, she was clearly annoyed, then informed me she didn't have the ingredients.
