If I could give a 0 stars I would. This place the workers and the service is TERRIBLE. Management isn't any better. I went to this location before had issues with large orders. So I stopped going for years, the time I decided to eat here again with a large order yet again another bad experience. Ordered a double meat grilled burger meal, chicken sandwich with cheese added bacon meal, a kids meal cheeseburger plain, 2 orders of mozzarella sticks, 2 orders of tator tots and a pretzel. First off the car hop didn't greet me when she dropped off my food, didn't call the order back like they usually do. Second they didn't give me my kids meal cheeseburger. When I told thw guy that took the order he wanted to argue me down that it was in the bag after I showed them it wasn't. Then he went back to make the cheeseburger. A different car hop brought the bag, the burger had no cheese. When I went to tell them the burger didn't have cheese they took it back NOT ONE PERSON in the kitchen had on gloves, so they are just back there with NO gloves on managing food. So I go home to find on the chicken sandwich the lettuce is BROWN and old. My double meat grilled cheese only had 1 piece of meat. So I called them to request a manager because at this point I'd had enough no manager on duty call was told to call tomorrow. I called Sunday no manager, went up to sonic no one could help. Read moreHello, to whom it may concern. I sincerely regret coming here to patronize this Sonic. I got in the drive-thru to order and I was told that the system was down, 11:50p.m. Okay, I parked in their parking lot, to check on Google Maps for other options. I noticed the light sign being turned off shortly. And the Sonic employee crew saying there fair wale for the night. One person by the name of Chris, so the entire team called by his name struck my vehicle. I didn’t understand what was going on. I find it hard that any person in their right mind would drive off the parking lot in a sporadic way without their headlights on and out into the street and came back into the Sonic. When he struck my vehicle I thought of a Hollywood movie replaying in the back of my mind as to what had just occurred. This Chris was about 5’9 or close to 5’11 when he got off the white Jeep with no license plates on it, but just the paper tags is all I saw. I feared for my life, because he was not professional in his behavior before and after the incident. I took this entire experience as a ploy and his intention was to intimidate me. I told him that I would be reporting this story to someone. I hope that the owner or manager would address this matter ASAP! And my prayers go out to this young man and his actions. Read moreProbably my worst experience at a Sonic. We waited 25 minutes for someone to take our order. We went to a stall first and waited 10 minutes after we decided what we wanted. We thought maybe it was broken so we went to the drive thru and waited 15 minutes there where nobody EVER answered. We had to physically drive up to the window and wave someone down. While waving them down I saw inside and it was DIRTY. Trash all on the ground and food splattered everywhere. There were about 7 people in there on phones, talking, and very few actually working. Finally someone came to the window. She then told us that the drive thru was closed. We would have to order at a stall. After telling her 3 times that we tried that to begin with she finally told us to go to a specific stall to take our order. Meanwhile there's a line of people in the drive thru that they don't care about. There's no sign, nothing. We pointed out to her that maybe they should put a sign up or something (nevermind the 5 extra people standing around). We finally get to our stall and she takes our order (how was it any different than taking the order in the drive thru?). We got food ONLY because we had been waiting so long. When we left there were still 8 people in the drive thru and no sign. I don't like leaving bad reviews. I only leave them when it's been an experience such as this. Not returning...
