Still terrible service and they have been without Cupholders for several weeks now.

Kaitlyn and Chloe are the rudest employees there working at that Starbucks. They always catch an attitude when you're about to order. Like, excuse me you're not paying for my coffee. I'm paying for it. The least they can do is not have a RBF. Smile more. They have no communication whatsoever and they always have a long line of customers waiting. They are super slow and have absolutely no consideration of customers time. They need to be replaced by employees who care. Also, if you're paying with KROGER Pay they don't accept that due to their "new system" in place. You would think they accept Google Pay or Apple Pay but they only accept Samsung Pay. The ladies here at this Kroger Starbucks (not the Starbucks in front of Walmart) location never are shy with the ingredients when making my caramel frappuccino with extra caramel, they always give me what I want and I appreciate their service. Even when they are super busy, which seems to be almost every time I come in, they take my order, do their best and the coffee they give me always tastes great! Only 2 people at the most seem to be working at this location at any time, and even with this low number of staff for a starbucks location they always get my drink out in an appropriate and timely manner. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants a coffee while shopping. Will visit many more times...

I’ve went here twice and both times weren’t all that great. The first time I ordered a frap and waited 10+ mins for it and when she finally finished it she gave it to the boy who ordered after me. Then when I politely asked where was mine she told me something about the coffee I didn’t hear her but basically said she had to make it without the coffee in it. The second time I went the lady was rude about me ordering the Carmel brûlée latte which is a holiday drink and I have the red cup that you get .50 cents off holiday drinks and she didn’t ring it up as it. I didn’t know her name she wasn’t wearing a name tag but it was the same lady both times. Honestly wouldn’t recommend this...
