They have a good selection of good quality teas as well as other items. The shop is nice with good distance between the tables. I have food allergies, intolerances and sensitivities, but was unable to get much information on the ingredients. There were some teas shown as no caffeine, but they told me there is caffeine in all of their teas (I'm sensitive to caffeine), so that made me unsure of the other labeled on the list, such as gluten free. I felt uncomfortable asking so many questions and would prefer to be sure of "all teas are dairy free" as it wasn't shown on the menu. My daughter and husband already knew what they had before and ordered but I can't risk being sick for days or end up in the hospital because of my allergies, intolerances and sensitivities that have gotten better over the years, but can still cause problems such as the one time I spent half of my vacation in bed with horrible pain and other symptoms because of a minute amount of gluten in some peppers and onions. I am really impressed with this Kung Fu Tea location. I have been coming here almost every day for over a year to study and always buy drinks here. I have never had bad or rude service here. Do not believe anyone that has a complaint about this place. They always do the best job they can. They even handle the place with excellence during rushes and are very efficient!

The girls, Jannie, Dani, Ray, Kat, and Esther are wonderful and have always been incredibly nice and cordial. They always welcome me when I enter, they always say thank you, are really fast and kind. Sometimes they are just behind the counter having a good time when it's slow and making me laugh! They also enjoy conversation and are fun to talk to.

Hi! I am working at a high end ice cream shop place in Miami Beach. Our closing time is 12 midnight and we make sure to CLOSE THE DOOR and put the CLOSE SIGN for them to see but sometimes customers/guests still go inside and open, because they see that our Lights are still on. So, we as a employee of the store we let them in. We explain to them that we close at 12 midnight, but then since they saw us still inside or there are still some customers we can let them in, cause that’s the way to have a good customer service. You can’t just tell the customer that you can’t accommodate them just because you were close already, you can always adjust the time. When you work in a Food & Beverage Industry we really want to satisfy your customer’s needs and want. Word of Mouth is the most effective marketing, and this is just the beginning.
