I went into this location because I saw good reviews but I had a bad experience as they got my order wrong and the server doesn’t know their menu right! I asked for a lean machine and they gave me a pomegranate plunge which is way different and also I asked what’s in lean machine and reply was “you know to burn fat” 💁🏽‍♂️. I’ve been going g to tropical smoothie cafe for years and it’s always so good! This location actually made a little too much my smoothie and instead of trashing it, they poured the rest in a separate smaller cup. The staff was extremely friendly and even the manager approached me for a chat. The food is awesome but the customer service is what separates this location from the rest! I don’t mind spending good money on good product but it’s the service that needs work. It’s frustrating getting my food first and then waiting until the cashier is done taking all the orders to make my smoothie. By the time I get my smoothie I’m done eating. The owner shouldn’t be worried about labor cost at least in the first year to try and build a better customer base. Love the product just...
