Wendy's — Restaurant in Texas

This is the worst Wendy's I have been to. I'm asking myself why I keep coming back to this location, but I guess the only thing working for this place is the convenience of being right down the street and not a ton of competition. Considering it's in a nice area, I would expect the service and quality to be above average, but it seems like every single time I end up very disappointed. After my experience this morning, it's the last time I will be coming back. My order was made wrong so I drove back and explained to them I had asked for extra sauce and they put no sauce at all and his response was oh well we didnt charge you we need to charge for the extra sauce...I don't even know what to say like ok here is your 50 cents even though i was inconvenienced and had to drive all the way back to have it fixed?? To make matters worse, his response was to argue with me and say that I didn't say extra sauce or else he would have heard me say extra sauce. My experience here has given me the impression of how skimpy they are with their sauces so I knew to ask for extra sauce so I literally said "can I get extra sauce on that" and he literally replied "yes absolutely"....so now im a liar? not only was I inconvenienced but also insulted. Which makes me wonder....if they are skimping the sauces with the expectation that their customers are going to ask for extra sauce then they are charging for it is this their way of trying to capitalize on this franchise or fudge the numbers for profit? This location (this year atleast) has been SUPER skimpy on their stuff and the quality is crap....I'm surprised they are still even in business...I hope they open up other fast food places in this area they wouldnt stand a chance. I don't know what's going on here, but whatever the case, they need to do a huge...

So normally We frequent this.location but after tonight never again! I went tonight at around 6pm, the parking lot was empty, dining room was empty. A member of the staff greeted me, but that's where it all went down hill. I ordered 2 classic chicken sandwich meals, with 2 strawberry frosties. After handing me my frosties I patiently waited. A women comes from the back and points to the small screen behind the counter and asks if that is my order, confused I said I'm not sure. Well she huffs and rolls her eyes. She then asks what are you waiting for. I say 2 chicken sandwich meals, she motions to the screen and said yeah that! Again, how would I know whats on that screen and or if it was my order?? I continue to wait while flies in the dining room land everywhere and even on me. Yhe dining area was filthy and the soda machine had mold on it! yuck! Finally my food comes. I look in each bag, fries and sandwiches. After driving all the way home we find out they only gave me 1 chicken sandwich, instead of 2 and instead they put a bacon burger in the other bag! Now normally it wouldnt be a big deal but being as I was the only person there, how do you mess that up? So not only did I spend almost $20 and not get what I ordered, they gave me attitude to boot. There are alot of people who are looking for work, if you hate your job then please do us all a favor and quit. Please don't take it out...

You might want to think twice in buying with this wendy’s branch. I love Wendy's and honestly I love their burgers and fries. However in this particular branch which is really close to us they seem to be inept with services. Before, I ordered a meal and they charge us per per item instead of the combo and my wife needed to go down to reconcile the prices of the item that we bought to a combo deal. Second kindly check out the picture of the chicken tenders that we bought for my son that we waited for 8 minutes to get. This is something that should be done right in the first place, would like to return it but hey who knows what they would do to your food if they can’t give the righ/appropriate food that you ordered in the the first place.

Try to read the reviews, sometimes they screw up sometimes they dont. Check and inspect your order before...
