This Wendy's has NEVER gotten it together. I came in and ordered a breakfast sandwich and French Toast sticks. Be prepared to wait for 15 MINUTES to get what they forgot to give you. I wasn't given Syrup (which you never have to ask for with French Toast) or Jelly, so I went up to the counter to ask for them and proceeded to wait 15 minutes before any of them acknowledged me. In that time, 3 customers came in and also waited at the register without anyone taking their order. The first person left after waiting so long, and the other 2 (a couple) were finally spoken to shortly after she left (but they ultimately ended up leaving too). OMG JUST NOW WHILE I’M WRITING THIS a woman YELLED at them to give her her fries that they left out of her order, because she was standing at the counter being ignored forever just like I was, even after she had said “Can I get some help please?” !!! ANOTHER THING, 3 months ago they didn't give me my debit card back (it was a teenage Hispanic dude with curly hair and glasses, and a black guy with glasses who acted like he didn't wanna be there) so I went back the next day when I realized it was gone and they had it in a drawer for me. Thought everything was fine, but then the next week I got a notification from my bank that someone tried to use my card for an over $1,000 online Walmart purchase (it was declined) so I had to replace my card. Read moreI ordered through drive thru. They did not ask me my order at the speaker, even though they took the person's order in front of me. When I got to the window I asked if they knew I was trying to order. The girl at the window was very rude and asked, "oh are you trying to order something, what do you want?" I gave her my order. When she gave me my drink, I asked for a straw, and this seemed to irritate her. A guy worker came to ask her something and she said something back in a rude tone and he walked off shaking his head. I had to pull up and wait for my food even though I am the only car here. It has been 10 minutes, still waiting and another car just pulled up to the window. I did not think I'll come back to this location. I loved the friendly service and it has gone downhill. Now another car. Still waiting. Oh, I ordered a #1 no cheese, nothing special. Short time after I received emails from my bank that my credit card information had been hacked from someone hacking wendys. Thankfully my bank notified me and nothing was lost from me. I had to go threw all this not having a card for 2 weeks. I stopped going there because this generation nobody carry cash. So then my kids asked me to take them, no o didn't get hacked again! But everything tasted weird to me. The employees were rude, didn't know what they were doing.Anyways went a few times during some promotion that they had. Always running out of stuff, dont have lids, cups,fry boxes, etc. So I went after a long 14 hour day of work to get some food and a frosty for my hubby.
