A little short - Love eating at Firehouse Subs and the food is always great. What's overlooked at this location is the small details. As others have mentioned, there is no "Welcome to Firehouse!" greeting when you come in the door. Only one or two people were in the place when i walked in, and several noticed me while standing behind the counter. Other small details that take away from the overall experience are things like a missing cabinet door by the drink machine, with boxes hanging out of it that don't fit. Or empty napkin holders on the table, when they should not be empty so early in the day (just after opening time). Even the front counter where orders are taken is so cluttered with items that a woman didn't have space to set her purse to get money out to pay. But the food is still great! The hotsauce/salsa display is well stocked (issue in the past) and the place is clean. Most likely will return, but this location still falls a little short compared to the others.... (Photos of cabinet and napkin holder posted also)

I’m done giving this place my business. They mess up my sandwich more than half time which is a lot since I come here weekly multiple times. They add sauces that I cannot eat so I have to throw the sandwich away and make a dispute with my bank. Stay away from this location by all means. Their workers also hide the food when you come to pick up so it’s getting cold when they’re not attended to you. Terrible experience and we will not be coming back to this location anymore sadly. And this worker I posted can fix her attitude before someone else does it for her.

Delicious food, friendly staff and relatively quick. There were lots of first responders eating here so it felt quite authentic. The kids meals come with a cheap plastic fireman hat that the kids love. It's in the strip center sandwiched between Discount Tire and Home Depot. There's a handful of shops here. This one is toward the west end.

We were in the area and decided to stop by and have lunch as I’ve been wanting to try the new French dip. It was definitely busy upon arrival and the cashier informed us it would take a while to get our food. We consented to that and put in our order. About 20 mins later our order is called and my husband went up to get the food. When they gave him the food they say there is no au jus for the French dip…that is the whole point of the French dip to have something to dip it in. I have been wanting to try this and dont even get to try it the way it should be…still paid the same cost though….had they told me they were out I would have ordered something else and not been upset, disappointed maybe but not upset. But what actually happened… I’m upset. He just told him so casually they were out, no apology, didn’t offer anything else to make up for the inconvenience, or even ask if they could make a different sandwich. I had to get Mayo packet to put on it. Thankfully this is not the closest location to my house. I’ve never had an issue with the one closer to my house on 1960. I will never ever stop at this...

Kind of the same experience a lot of other people are having at this location.

I love firehouse subs in general. Ate there all the time back in Kansas City, smokehouse beef and cheddar is my favorite sandwich.

There were several things missing from my experience. Dirtier than a typical firehouse subs. All other locations I have been to before were spotless. There was dirt on the floor and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in general. Sauces were not labeled. I know this one is a firehouse standard. How am I supposed to pick out a sauce if it's not labeled? My sandwich came without a toothpick in either side and was barely even warm. It tasted like it had been sitting for a while. Just disappointing in general.

Someone from district management needs to pop in unannounced and check up on this location. I feel like the management of the store in general could be better. Normally I donate a few dollars every time I go too but they didn't even ask here. Usually they let you round up your order which is nice and feels good to donate. I'm just sadly disappointed...
