One star is generous for the experience that we had here...it was unlike anything I had ever seen before.

I came to this location not too long ago with a couple of friends late at night; about 2am. There was a line for the drive-thru, but we figured it was simply busy. After a while though, none of the other cars had moved (the guy in the car ahead of us actually had time to get out to go pee behind a nearby dumpster).

Over the next half hour or so we watched as each car sat at the speakers for a long time, then proceeded to sit at the window for an equally long time, and when it was finally our turn to order (and, mind you, we waited this long despite only having a few cars ahead of us) we realized why.

The person working the drive-thru was an older African-American woman who spoke very slowly. When we started our order, we told her that we would be splitting the order into two, and when I started reading her the first order, she cut me off to ask "now, is this the first ticket, or the second ticket?" which wasn't even a question that made any sense to ask...over the course of the next 5 minutes or so we went back and forth repeating and correcting orders, and when we finally finished, instead of a total or a "please pull forward," we got a long pause followed simply by "...okay."

So we took that as our cue to pull forward. The guy in front of us was just getting to the window, and we watched as he handed her his credit card and then sat there for (not exaggerating) about five minutes before she handed him his card back, and at least another five before she finally got his (very small) order to him.

As we finally pulled up to the window, we passed by a screen window where we could see into the kitchen...where there was an open box of Popeye's chicken. Just sitting there in the middle of the kitchen, half eaten, with trash and used napkins all around it. They were eating IN the kitchen in front of God and everybody...we just couldn't believe that.

At the window, the same woman took our payment in an unnecessarily long process as we had anticipated at this point. We noticed right off the bat that she stunk strongly of weed, which was interesting to see considering how old she was, but also explained a lot of things about our service...

Finally we got the food, and miraculously the order was correct. But FAST FOOD this was not; it took us a total of about 45 minutes to get it.

I passed by this location not too long ago and, lo and behold, the woman was still working there, now alongside a young fellow who had his hair dyed and styled to look like a pot leaf...a charming establishment, this...

I wish I could put no stars. My mom and I went to go pick up food from the drive thru and it's fast food so it should take that long right? Wrong. The service sucked and my family and I don't plan on returning anytime soon to this location. We waited 15 minutes in the drive thru and nobody came to take our order. We then pulled forward and the guy behind us got to order. We pulled up to the window to find the drive thru person and another girl talking. They told us to pay the total of the guy behind us. My mom then informed them that we didn't even order yet. We eventually ordered after the girl huffed off and the drive thru guy took our order. The girl then came back and told us to move out front. We then saw 4 or 5 cars come out of the drive thru and we were still waiting for our food to come out. After waiting 10 minutes for our food we went in and still had to wait because the employees were having a nice little chat. After a while the person my mom and I thought was the manager came and asked if we had ordered and we said yes and we were waiting on our food. The employees then packed it up and our food was sitting there for a while. I guess nobody wanted to take "the walk of shame" and stop their conversation. I guess instead of talking they should actually be doing their job! When we got our food it was missing the fries and the order was wrong. The manager then remade our order which was very polite but we aren't coming back to this location and we were very unsatisfied with our experience here. It would've been better to go to Olive Garden because those employees actually know how to do their job and serve you and it would've taken less time to wait for better food than this...

I went to this location and had a pretty big order. I ordered 5 meals total. Didn't mind the wait . The lady lennyn(that's what is on the receipt) at the window on 1/10/25 at 4:27pm. Was rude ! Did not greet me ! Did not even speak . Took the money. Gave me the food. I asked was there sweet and sour in the bag considering I got alot of nuggets . She told me yes . But it looked as if she was lying. I pulled foward and checked the bag. No sweet and sour . Why just flat out lie? I pulled back around and at the speaker told her what I needed and I would like my receipt. She did not say anything. I sat at the box for about 5 minutes and than pulled foward . When I got to the window. I sat at the window another 5 minutes before she came to see what I wanted . I sat there for another 5 minutes for her to just hand me some sweet and sour and my receipt. Didn't say anything. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what. But the service was so uncalled for. I didn't even want the food anymore . I wanted to contact corporate but the copy of my receipt doesn't have a survey number on it ....
