I used to love this place until today. I paid for a big order on DoorDash and upon receiving it I noticed it was all wrong. I immediately contacted both the restaurant and DoorDash. With the restaurant the waitress stated that the order was different on their end and was what DoorDash had generated. So I asked to speak to the manager, all I really wanted was a refund or at least to switch my order for the correct one. The manager gets on the phone and he states that I should contact DoorDash because the order they got was correct and not the one I had. I got a bit frustrated so he stated he was new so I ask for the other supervisor but to my shock the poor dude didn’t put the phone on mute nor hold. All I heard in the background was the waitress saying to him “ yeah I did the order wrong but just tell him to contact DoorDash they will do it for him”. So the new manager comes to the phone and I explain everything and he stated to contact DoorDash I told him what I heard and finally he admitted to the mistake but offered a discount on my new order instead of switching it out completely. I obviously complained to DoorDash as well, in which they resolved the mistake for the restaurant. This happen to me once in the past and the manager at that location offered and apology and switched my order with no hesitation .I don’t understand why this specific location could not admit to the mistake in the first place and were caught chatting in the background about how to cover up the mistake. Read moreI usually go to this location at least once a week but last night made me not want to ever go back. Our server (I do not know her name because she never told us, but she had a bedazzled heart in her eyebrow) has an attitude problem and was not attentive whatsoever. She basically took our orders and then never showed back up unless we physically waved her down. She brought us our food but forgot my friends pizza. No big deal, we thought it might have been taking a little longer (we are servers so we understand how the kitchen can be) 20 minutes go by and nothing. She’s just sweeping her section and refusing to look at us. We had to wave her down to ask about my friends food. She forgot to put it in. It came out and it was completely raw on the bottom and the meat was cold. We ended up speaking to a manager and he had them remake it but it was still about the same so we ended up taking it off of the bill. While we were sitting there twiddling our thumbs basically, our server was crying and just wandering around the restaurant. I understand we all have bad days, but do that in the bathroom or have someone check up on your tables. She just had a big attitude and it was unnecessary. We weren’t the reason she was crying. Read moreHave eaten here many times with no complaints, then there was this evening. The food and waitress service was good thanks to the staff and our server Michelle. When it came time for the check I asked for the military discount . Michelle asked for my federal government ID and I showed her. She informed me that she had to show her manager and I refused to give it to her. Minutes later she came back with the check and informed me that I was not honored a discount, my response was to speak with the manager. Michelle said he told her no and was too busy to address me on the issue. I then asked for the General Managers info and was given nothing. Before leaving I found out that Alex was the manger on shift and will be visiting the corporate location to file a formal complaint.
The issue is a couple things here. One, why must I give my Military ID away for another to walk away with? This ID has way more information on it besides what is visible for me to just accept a risk like that. Second, what keeps a manger from addressing a patron at any establishment? It's rude and not becoming of any place looking to serve the community. Finally, I will digress as this set a horrible example for the waitress and entire staff while leaving it up to...
