I went to this location to get the new Impossible Croissant. I ordered it with no egg and no cheese. I got halfway home and noticed the bag felt heavy for just a patty and croissant. I checked and it had egg and cheese on both. I turn around and go back through Drive Thru, and let them know the issue. When I got to the window is when Micheal Williams, the acting GM, while Jenny Homa is on vacation, asked for me to give him back the food that was messed up! I was immediately caught off guard with regard to how you can expect someone to give you food back out of your car and they take it through the Drive Through window during Covid-19?? So I tell him I’m not giving the food back, and I want to get my food correct, he again says he won’t do that without the food that was incorrect. So I drive around and come inside. At this point I am livid!! I approach Micheal at the counter and demand the food I paid for to be corrected, and he again says not without the old food, as it is their policy to collect old food to throw out, for waste purposes! I am a General Manager in food services myself and we have systems in place that allow us to track waste without inconveniencing the guest from coming inside. I opened the sandwich in front of him to prove that I’m not trying to steal extra food from Burger King. I then threw the food in the trash myself, and only then was I permitted to receive my correct order. This location and Micheal are both terrible!! His customer service is lacking in every area. The customer is always wrong at this location and it is largely in part to Micheal! Stay far away from this establishment!! Read moreI got a free coupon from T-Mobile to try the Impossible Burger. I ordered it online through the app to pick it up. I did customize it to be plain with cheese bacon, ketchup and onions only but when received there was no bacon but a ton of mayo,pickles, on there (Which I did not ask for, I ended up scrapping it all off and adding what was missing with food from my own home). The burger wasn't really that bad (Especially after I fixed it). The service however was sooooo slow I was inside waiting for a good 10-15 mins to even get my 1st part of my order.
