Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in The Colony

Ok so I finally have time to do this I keep forgetting but hear goes so I am pregnant and finding i have this perticular ocd tendancies when it comes to my order at sonic lol I park on a certain side because I found the car hop with the brown hair and glasses is fast and efficient and that seems to be her side it’s usually at 11am. And the person I love the most that makes me so happy is because lately I been wanting a root 44 root beer so the girl that takes my order I forget her name but she usually wears a green sonic shirt I make sure I tip her a dollar as well. With the car hop because I ask for a root 44 root bear half ice and instead of telling me that there drinks automatically come with half ice she puts see operator I don’t even think she realizes what big a difference that does to me like it makes me feel like my request had been heard it’s weird but my root beer always tastes better when I see that little add on to my order. Like I said o don’t think she realizes by adding that simple little pease to my order the difference she makes to my day it’s why when ever I go to sonic I make sure I park at that one side for that certain car hop who is amazing by the way and I go at 11am because that’s what seams to be that lady’s shift who takes my order. My family and I just got treated like complete TRASH at this Sonic! They even called the police on us because we were “being disruptive!” They messed up our food and told us they would fix the complete order over the phone, but when we arrived they only said that they could remake partial of the order which was popcorn chicken. I worked at Sonic in high school so I KNOW for a fact, that if an order is messed up and the guest has to drive back there to get their order remade, they will fix the complete order! After informing us that they will not be making it right, we asked for corporate’s phone number and they refused to give it to us and told us that we can access it on their website as she proceeded to walk away, mid sentence. Honestly, it wasn’t even about the food or “getting anything free.” It’s the principle that because we are BLACK they called the police on us to threaten our livelihood and wellbeing. That’s the sickening part about it the world we live in! The workers are condescending and rude! The manager is not responsible and allowed two children- one informed us that she was 18 years old come and deliver us the news that he wasn’t fixing the order for us. We will NOT be going to this...

Took my 80 yr old mother to Sonic today at 1:02 pm She had just gotten out of a week long hospitalation. And all she wanted was a Corn dog!! I was parked in stall number 3 This was the most unprofessional service I ever experienced at Sonic! The server name Marcya talked extremely FAST! Everytime I tried to tell her what I wanted she cut me off I asked her if the Extra long coney was Beef like number 6 on the menu she then responded with a bad attitude and replied let's start over.I repeated my order twice.I then said maybe there's a delay. I told her I need to add tater tots to the order as well. She proceeded with You would like to have tater tots. I said yes She continue with trying correct my vocabulary. Not sure if she's aware that it's rude to correct a perfect stranger! My recommendation get someone who has manners on the intercom. Terrible Customer Service!! This is the second I've been at that location and the server on the intercom is rude! I told her Thank you at the end she just disconnected didn't say have a good day. I asked the runner what was her name that took my order and she replys I don't who you talked to is there a problem?..The worst service I've ever...
