PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS !!!!!! i recently had a stay here aug 29-sept.1 , upon arrival the outside of the hotel was very nice. after checking in me & my husband got our things & headed to our room , when stepping off the elevator of the 3rd floor we smelled the STRONG smell of bleach , it was so strong it gave me a headache & the entire 3rd floor was extremely hot & the air was very thick ! , we stayed in room 331 , once entering within 5 mins i noticed the calling was full of mold near the air vents , i immediately went to the front desk to ask for a different room , when presenting the photos that i had taken i was told by the front desk worker , who then took it to a supervisor and she was told to tell me that the mold that i saw was “dust” and that they would send maintenance to clean the “dust” from the celling and i was offered free snacks from the bar , instead of moving me to a different room. i then asked for a cancellation of the room. they where able to cancel the room without any cancellation fee which i do appreciate. if you are unaware .. bleach is used to kill mold which would explain the strong smell of bleach on the 3rd floor and why the a/c wasn’t working in the hallway of the 3rd floor as well. although staff was very nice about everything , that is TERRIBLE .. that is very unsafe to allow someone to breathe in mold & mildew where they are sleeping , which can cause health conditions or WORSEN someone’s health condition , so be very cautions when staying here , make sure to check your air vents or anywhere water can leak. I HAVE PHOTOS ATTATCHED OF MOLD !!!!

My stay started off good, came into town for cheer competition so I pretty much was in & out of the room, but when I did return at 4am we pulled out the pull out bed & it was a bug on it, also behind the pullout was loads of trash which housekeeping clearly missed, it’s so obvious so seems as if that area was never touched. Tried to call down & my room phone wasn’t working. Ok so mind you I got in so late & was extremely exhausted I just went ahead and Let the person that was going to sleep They’re just sleep with me. Go down in the morning to tell them about my concerns & show pictures & Brandon had a complete attitude & was very nonchalant about everything. I ask for the manger he said he wasn’t there and he couldn’t tell him about my problem until that Monday and I wasn’t taking that so then he calls someone and they tell him just give me 20% off which was only taxes ($12) I said no and he said that’s all they could do nothing else could be done so I pretty much was forced. Monday comes I call cooperate they say the manger will reach out…he doesn’t, I call back today and they call the property again Brandon answers & says the manager is here but isn’t available so cooperate emails him shortly after BRANDON calls me & acts like the GM & I was blown away I had to ask him name again because I just couldn’t believe he had the nerve! We end up getting into another argument as we did that Saturday & he says again well we are not refining the money 20% was all we could do etc…totally upset!

The location of this place is great, but that's where it ends for me. I made my reservation online, on the Hyatt site directly, and received an email with my confirmation for my ONE room. After our stay, we were charged twice. When I called, I was told that I made 2 reservations, which I did not. The person at the desk said they'd give my information to the manager to "see what they could do." That part was fine and understandable, but this person kept insisting that I had made the mistake, even though I clearly only had one confirmation for one room. I also checked in through the app, and I only received one digital key for the one room. If I had reserved 2 rooms, why wouldn't I have received 2 keys? His instance was the part that really irritated me, even going so far as to say (under his breath) "you can say what you want, but you're the one who reserved 2 rooms." When I told him I was looking at my email and that I only saw one confirmation email from Hyatt, he had the nerve to ask me if I was sure I was spelling Hyatt correctly! Seriously??? It has now been more than 24 hours, and I haven't heard from the manager. I called and was told the manager was on the schedule to come in tomorrow at 9:00, but that didn't mean they'd be there for sure. Who runs this hotel when the manager seems to be gone most of the time?

Also, one of the main reasons we chose this hotel as opposed to one of several that are right there was the breakfast. When we went down around 9:00, there was barely any food (as in no bacon, no sausage, no potatoes, no pancakes, no clean glasses for juice/milk, and every little eggs). There were several people standing there waiting for food, so when a little more was put out, it was gone immediately.

I do hope to hear from the manager soon for a resolution, but I don't hold out too much hope. Customer service here is terrible.

The room was decently clean, but one of the first things I did was sit at the desk to get some work done, and it was sticky, so...

I’m sad to write this review because this place is super convenient and in a nice area. Upon arrival, the front desk greeted us and was very kind. We stopped by to check in quickly, drop our bags, go to the game and return late after the game for a quick overnight stay. I always check the beds first to make sure there are not any bed bug issues. I didn’t have time before we left but did notice how much trash was laying in the hallway floor but gave them the benefit is the doubt that maybe someone’s trash bag broke and they didn’t realize. Then there was “something” on the door frame as we walked out of our room. Again, just knew everyone is short handed and employees are hard to come by so these little details might get missed right now. Fast forward, returns late, checked bed and it was absolutely disgusting!!! Paper/trash under the sheets, hair everywhere under and in the sheets and stains (I hope just stains and not fresh marks) were all over the mattress protector. More “something” on the frame of the mirror. Went downstairs to ask for a different floor and agin, they were very nice, helpful and accommodating. No issues there. They gave us a new room…checked bed, hair again was between the mattress protector and the sheets, but at least it was clean otherwise. The elevator was gross as was most of the hallways. Again, late and I understand could be dirty after all day. I understand that businesses are having a hard time getting employees right now as I am also a business owner, however, a bed like our first room had should never have passed a supervisor or managers inspection. Sadly, we won’t be staying at this...

As a world of Hyatt member, I booked this hotel on points so that I could be across the street from the firework show and the location was perfect for that. Everything else unfortunately went downhill from there. We have two little ones and the first room we checked into smelled very strongly of mildew. We asked to change rooms and they denied us because we had a dog and they said they would have to clean the room now so they refused us a new room. They then called a bit later and offered a different room with two queen beds. We accepted that and were grateful for it, however, we did have to pack up all our stuff again, including our two daughters beds. Once in our new room, thankfully it smelled better, but we soon realized that the carpet was rather sticky and when we walked around on it with just our socks, they became brown pretty quick. Our toddler did a little bit of crawling on the floor, I did my best to keep her off the floor, but it is hard at her age to constantly hold her. She ended up having some kind of allergic reaction to the carpet we believe, because she started having a runny nose, watery eyes and even started coughing shortly after we got to the hotel. That night, the mini fridge in our room stopped working, which we had stored breastmilk for my baby in. This was a major issue for us so we asked if anything could be done and they did send a maintenance person later that day, but we were already concerned at that point that the milk might not be good anymore. For all of these things, we also were not compensated anything. We were truly disappointed with our stay here and are not likely...
