Please do not go to this chicfila (Main Street the colony) Carmen Stork was completely ridiculous. I found hair in my sandwhich and I let her know my appetite was ruined because of it so I didn’t want her to just replace my meal as I wasn’t going to eat it. Her options was to replace the meal that day or just give my 5 dollars back ( the amount my sandwhich cost) I understand things happen but why not apologize and give the customer service chicfila is known to do and make it right. (I asked for a gift card for next time and to just give me back my 5 dollars for this order) Was it wrong to expect to get a gift card or a reward for next time? I thought it was fair as I wasted time and effort to come back to the store and again their should not have been hair in my food to began with. (Additionally, I initially called the store location first and Carmen made me send photos of the hair to her personal phone and made me come into the store, why couldn’t she just reimburse the costs I spent over the phone? When I came back to the store to give them the food and she said that no one has hair that color (red/brown) but she has red/brown hair? And prior to this interaction I called her store and she asked for pictures of the hair in the sandwhich, like she didn’t believe me? Read moreI’ve had minor issues with this chick fil a before, but never had an issue like I got today. I ordered my meal, left the drive thru line and got home. Once I got home I realized that they gave me, a chicken sandwich instead of nuggets like I ordered. I was a little annoyed but figured I could just take it back make a swap and everything would work out. I got back, told them they gave me a sandwich instead of nuggets, and drove off assuming that they could not mess this up for a second time, but they did. I realized the gave me an eight count nugget instead of twelve. Which I told the person at the drive thru window, and when I first ordered, that I wanted a twelve count nugget meal. I got to my house realized the mistake turned around and had to drive back a second time. This means that I made THREE TRIPS. I went inside, told the cashier, he wasn’t able to give me any explanation as to why my order was messed up twice, gave me my nuggets and I left. No coupon, no apology, nothing.
