August 30, Kids split between Popeyes and KFC ,Chose Popeyes for the Distance, driving into the parking lot onto the Drive-Through. Where you can only See the whatever Specials adds ONLY on the side windows. { We usually get the chicken only Deal. None on the Side ,,Ok then ,,Non special on Chicken only today. I ordered 8 pieces . for a list price of around 19-20. The person couldn't or acted like he couldn't hear or Understand. { Mix Mild/Original } .. So he said : Drive to the window! He NOW,, See who's his customer (with accent😢😢). He confirmed the order. asked me to pull ahead until they get the order ready!! Then he brought out the order.. ✅✅NOW,, Driving out the drive thru,, I could see the front Windows Where's a Special add 11 pieces for some $$$14-15$$$. I got that feeling of cheated, Stupid, Taking advantage of 😰😰😰😰,[ My experience as an X owner of Pizza Parlor, First thing first Suggesting to Customers your Specials. KFC offered me senior C. Discount. With out asking. ]. I went inside,, asked him Sir; You have special, Why didn't you tell me ?? Replied with smirky face; 🙊🙈🙉You asked for it. I gave you what you asked for . You know! People ask for what they want 🙊🙉🙈. ME; really! People just want to pay 4$ MORE and get 3 pieces LESS !!?? Him; again, people do what they want. Conclusion; I felt the guy asked me to drive to the window then confirmed what he knew is Shameful deal. If I was a person of interest Will Suggest the Special as he should ( in my book of customers service ). I thought about PLAYING HIS GAME saying; Take them and give me my money back , Then Order the special. ZERO stars - I wish they would just shut this location down and allow another business to come in and take that space. I work at night at a hospital. I've gotten off work several times in the past 3 years and came to this location just because I was tired and hungry and this location says they're open til 11 pm. Well last night, just the same as the other nights I've gone, the night crew pulled the same sh-t. They make you sit in a long line in the drive thru for about 15 minutes, and then when you get to the speaker, they lie and say that they're out of WHATEVER it is that you order. Please excuse me if I'm wrong, but if it's only 10:20 pm and you close at 11 pm, isn't that plenty of time to cook chicken, or shrimp or whatever it is that the customer wants? If this location doesn't want to serve the people in this community, no matter what time we get off work, why don't they just close up and let some come in who don't mind serving food to those of us who don't work bankers hours? geez! How unethical do you have to be to just straight out lie about the food you have available? This is just plain lazy and wrong. I wish they would just shut this location down. Give us something else in that spot. This location is despicable! What if I did this for every patient that came into the hospital at night who needed help? Ridiculous and immature workers,...

Really hate to do this because I get we are all people and some days aren't our best... but I have NEVER felt so under appreciated/run off like I did today(first time eating at this company by the way) I waited 10minutes in the drive-thru just to ask about the menu and put in an order, I was gonna ask about an item when I was rushed through my order and cutoff(at least she realized at the end tried to go back and ask but at this point I'm past caring) had to wait almost 7min to get food after ordering and while paying he left me to take another order! The lady I spoke to for order shows up asks if I got my food and gets it.. I decided to go back in for honey(was not sure if they had it since it wasn't offered) go in and got to stand and look pretty while the kitchen staff talked for about 3mins(I got no greeting or acknowledgment that I even existed in their minds) got my honey and was about to leave when he comes up with the most brooding face ever doesn't say a word, so I explain just asking about the cheese cake, the lady(I think manager) walks by answers my question all while I have mister grouch glowering at me... In the end I did like the food, honestly it was my style.. however the service really crushed the spirit...
