Our food was made fresh and made well, the service was great, the atmosphere lacked professionalism because two of the ladies were arguing with each other. It was enough where we marked them down one-star because it kept going on while we were eating because we did eat there. Your community board that had notes on it still had items from Christmas and items from 2021. The parking situation here is really weird because the turn into the complex is very dangerous from the main road. It also makes a person nervous to park in the spots in front of the store because it's so dangerous to get in and out of there. The one in Flower Mound is a better setup and they are always professional. The person who rang me up did not let me know about any of the specials so I ended up paying $46 for a pizza and some wings and two drinks. I think that's the most I've paid for a pizza in 20-plus years. If you wish to know why keep reading if not move on. I recently ordered a pizza for delivery fom Marco's pizza located at 5001 Main St. The Colony, TX and there was an issue with the ordered, no blame on any employee the owner absorbed it. He immediately replaced my order without asking for anything in return, i.e. the original pizza. I was able to give the original pizza to a veteran with a large family who is in need. Because of this I called back Chamal and requested that I pay for both pizzas. He adamantly refused and argued with me when I insisted. He told me that he was giving the pizza to my friend at his expense and was happy I could help a Veteran in need. Read moreThis place use to be one of our favorite pizza places. It wasn’t as good as rotolos. But, it was our second option. Now that rotolos is closed we get pizza here if we get pizza. Tonight was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. When the pizza arrived it wasn’t hot. Which is fine, the guy who took my order told me they were busy. That’s a good thing for our economy. But the driver was so rude. I told them i was paying cash when i ordered. Well i handed the driver two $20 bills. He said “thanks have a nice night” my order was $24. I told him i needed cash back and his response was “they don’t give us cash bag for change anymore” which i didn’t believe at all. Long story short he kind of came at me and took a step inside my door. I called and talked to the manager. Gabe said he would but a credit on my account.
