Every visit to Rosa's Cafe & Tortilla Factory is an adventure that exceeds my expectations, and my latest dining experience was no exception. This gem truly stands out with its commitment to freshness and quality, making every meal a memorable one.

I indulged in a Tortilla Salad, and it was nothing short of perfection. The salad was a vibrant mix of fresh ingredients, each bite bursting with flavor. It's evident that Rosa's prioritizes quality, as the ingredients in my salad were top-notch, contributing to a deliciously satisfying meal.

The salsa bar is another highlight, offering a fun and fresh way to customize your meal. The variety of salsas, each with its unique flavor profile, allows for endless combinations that enhance the dining experience.

My son enjoyed a plate of enchiladas, and the smile on his face with every bite was a testament to the dish's authenticity and taste. To cap off our meal, we took advantage of Taco Tuesday, ordering tacos that were a hit with their flavorful fillings and soft, homemade tortillas.

Rosa's Cafe & Tortilla Factory is not just a restaurant; it's a celebration of fresh, quality Mexican cuisine served in a welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're a regular or a first-timer, Rosa's promises a dining experience that will keep you coming back for more. Their commitment to excellence shines through in every dish, making it a must-visit for anyone seeking authentic flavors and a joyful dining...

Very disappointed of this location. Really bad customer service!

I always eat at 3 different locations and we liked it. Food, customer service and price. I experienced really bad customer service in this location which I have been before and didnt have any complaints at all. Sunday night, october 13, I ordered 2 dishes, i saw my order number ready in the screen. But I didnt see my food there. I asked for it. And I've been told only 1 dish was ready that they're gonna bring my other dish to my table. So im gonna eat and my wife was gonna see me eat???? So i tried my food. And my beef, which was wrapped in foil, was cold. I approached to the counter and told a manager so, she just took my beef and told me she was gonna take it to my table. So i went back to my table with just rice and beans!!!! (By the way they barely put a little bit of rice and it was cold) And my wife still waiting for her meal. Then the manager brought my beef. And told us, my wife's food wasn't ready yet because they were making rice. The manager asked her if she want to wait for the rice to be ready so they can bring the dish or they could bring her dish and the rice later. She said it was gonna be 12 more minutes!!! Really????? I never expected a manager gave me such a solution! Definitely i wont come back to this location! Her idenification said assistant manager...

This place was a total surprise!

I never realized this was a counter service restaurant but I'm really glad it is!

I was in a hurry but wanted something good so I walked in hoping the service would be quick. To my surprise, you order at the counter, I thought I'd be waiting for service.

The menu was great and easy to navigate and the prices were very reasonable. I ordered and by the time I washed my hands and filled my drink, my meal was ready.

The taco platter was really good! I got 2 crispy beef and one soft chicken, they're happy to let you mix and match! The shells were crisp and fresh, the beef was flavorful, and they had good portions of fresh lettuce, tomato, and cheese. The soft tortilla was fresh and tasty as well. The chicken was juicy and flavorful with the same fresh toppings as the crispy tacos. The rice and beans rounded out the plate and, like the tacos, were perfect!

I liked the salsa and condiment bar with multiple salsa choices as well as pico, jalapenos, and many other choices, just load up whatever you want.

This is a great place and now that I know what it is, I'll be back much more often!

Great food! Great service! Fast! Well priced! What more can...

Let me star off by saying I have had a lot of breakfast plates from here and they were all 5 star very good experiences. The dinner menu is great to. Now the reason for 3 stars and not 5. Went through the drive thru today. I ordered 2 burritos and 2 tacos. Between each item I was hit with a very rude order taker and the dreaded and impatient "anything else?" Response to each item. Then I get the order. Are you kidding me? 3.99 burrito with nothing on it, and the tacos looked like they had been thrown in the container. They had to be eaten with a fork because the shell was not folded in a way to hold the ingredients. Now if that had been a .99 cent taco, I could understand, but 2.99 for an obvious I don't care what your food looks like service. I like the quality of the food, but I paid $16.10 for something I was just so disappointed in. It's sad. When you pay for something you have an expectation, mine was for a little more care on the food and ingredients that match the price charged 3 stars because the food itself tastes good.

Update: Back in town two years later. Went on Taco Tuesday around 1pm. I think the mad rush was done. No line. Had the taco combo with a mix of hard and soft shell tacos. As before, I like the salsa bar where you can get all your accompaniments for your food, lime, pico de gallo and of course salsas. Definitely a good place to get a quick bite to eat. Had lunch with family here. Had the chicken fajita plate. It was good. Nice atmosphere. Fast service. You place your order at the counter and then go sit at a table or booth. Before we could fill our drinks they called our number. They have a nice selection of salsas, pico de gallo and such to pick from at a help yourself bar. It was Monday at 11:30am and there was no wait. I hear though it's very busy on Tuesdays for the Taco special.

I got the Deluxe Mexican plate n there’s nothing Mexican about it. Everything was disgusting and cold. It’s 12.29 for a plate of shredded lettuce with a side of BROWN guacamole or whatever that is. Those refried CANNED beans reminded me of those beans they would give you at school when Barack’s Obama wife took over. The “enchiladas” mystery red sauce was HORRIBLE imagine you mix buffalo sauce with ketchup and two cups of water and call it a day. The rice was mushy, cold and tasted older than my grandma who’s pushing 88. The tamale looked like a dog bone and tasted like a fiber bar. Also, I ordered a slice of carrot cake and got two tortillas which im still trying to figure out 1. Why is that the only thing that tasted good and 2. What the hell was it for?.
