A really bright and beautiful young man named Ashton from this Chick-Fil-A location made my evening. He stated he has only been working for this franchise for 4 days but I guarantee you that this is the type of individual you want to keep around, Mr. Hughes.
He is personable, wonderful, charming and an overall great addition to the team. His personality is impeccable and his customer service is limitless always stating "yes ma'am" with pleases and thank yous. Ashton I am 20 there is no need to do that but I appreciate your politeness and how you address the individuals around you.
I used to work for this franchise but unfortunately the hours that they gave me did not surpass more than 4. I frequent this location because of the strong staff; Edgar, Trystyn, Collin to name a few. However this Ashton that they have had on the floor for 4 days really blew me away. I almost did not realize that he had on an "in training" badge.
Mr. Hughes, Ashton is the perfect example of the personification of helping others and being a team player.
He should be considered for the Remarkable Futures Scholarship should he be blessed to get a chance to apply.
I am a winner of 5 local scholarships from the area and I graduated EMT school today. I can see talent, wonder and ambition and I know what it looks like. Ashton, if you need a letter of recommendation do not be afraid to ask me.
Ashton wants to be a nurse and is currently taking basic credits at the Montgomery campus for his BSN degree. Continue to elevate and mentor him; I am sure that his dreams will come true.
I love this location. I will definitely be...
Read moreI’m not a person to write a review, but here I am. This CFA used to be great, but it’s slowly going down hill. Here are my reasons: • Every TEAM MEMBER is so genuine and kind. But every LEADER is rude and seem like they don’t care. I have walked in and not been greeted by leaders because they are gossiping at the manager station. But I was sure to be greeted by a team member who was urgent to connect and take my order. Today I went threw the drive through and the leader on outside run did not speak to me while I waited. He then handed me my food and turned back around. I thought Leaders at CFA were supposed to be examples for their Team Members? Hopefully the Leaders can take notes and be kind to guest, and their fellow team members. • What is the point of having someone on outside run to go ahead and hand me the food at the window? The whole point of having outside run is to PULL UP the cars and fill in the EMPTY space in front of the car. Therefore, MORE cars can fit into the drive thru, and it can UP the sales. But since the Leader on outside run wants to be lazy, they are just hanging the order out at the window. Also, the leaders don’t even hand out drinks or food, (that is sitting there) they just stand their and WAIT for the next car to come to them. While drinks and food just SIT there. Which means, food gets cold. Which isn’t being efficient for the guest OR the business. CFA College Park, be kind, and be...
Read moreI know this is an awkward photo, but I had to snap it so I could add it to this review. Parents (especially those who have three or more little ones), you know the anxiety of trying to place an order that will come closest to pleasing everyone. You're familiar with the looks and impatient vibes that are projected your way when one of the kids isn't aware that their minor fit about not liking something is actually interpreted as a complete meltdown by everyone in the building. And, you know the awkward look of the staff doing their best to be patient and empathize... All of what I just described has never come close to being a reality at Chick-fil-A. The staff never once scoffed while our family of six (11, 8, 5, and 3) was there, in fact, they went out of their way to help - delivering fresh fries as the team member at the register helped to adjust our order to ensure we got the best price for the amount of food we needed, assisted me in carrying drinks to the table, and checked in a few times as we ate to ensure everyone was happy. The attached photo was the icing on the cake (or whip cream and cherry) a top the great experience. After a long week and everyone being crammed in the car, even the best experiences can still take their toll, so this step stool in the restroom provided some much appreciate relief. Not having to awkwardly hold my son so he could reach the soap, water, and paper towels was the five...
