So i ordered from the drive thru, stated my order then proceeded to the window to pay. After i paid she handed my my food. I always check from the driver thru to make sure i have i what order before i burn off. After opening the bag i saw it was not what i order. So i immediately let her know that it was not what i order. She then suggested me to still take it with me while they make i knew one. I then said no i wont eat it anyway because that is not what i ordered so she then took it and told me to move forward while she is getting my order ready and bring it to me outside. So i waited as i was waiting i see that 2-5 cars already passed so i told myself that it shouldn’t take this long just to make my order right. So i decided to walk in the store and just take it myself. So the real issue i notice started there. As i stood at the front of the counter, my food was already packed and was just left on the other end of the counter. I didnt mentioned anything about it, as she was coming towards me she walked passed me while i extended my arms for her to hand it to me but she walk passed me and put it on it other end of the counter and walked away. So i said excuse me you were supposed to bring ut toy car as you stated but now you just was passed me just to put it on the counter. She aggressively said ā€œsay pleaseā€ i am like please? I am a paying customer i am mot begging you for my food. She was supposed to apologize first not only getting me the Wong order but also unnecessarily making me wait for an extended amount of time that was uncalled for.She has a nasty attitude as i was talking to her supervisor she kept arguing and interrupting me while i am explain the situation. Her supervisor JOSEPH didn’t acknowledge the situation and was on her side the whole time not knowing what was really going on. This establishment doesn’t hold their employees accountable for their action. I requested for a refund, the supervisor JOSEPH said he didn’t want to give me a refund that’s policy. From the order that i no longer want because of a very rude server named AMAYRANY or AMY. She need to get fired, and i will make sure to see their manager in person to get my refund and hold that supervisor accountable and the server AMY definitely must get fired. If you don’t like your job or customer you should definitely not be there, either you keep that bad apple or keep your paying customer. PICK ONE. I’ll def not spending my money...

ā€œ05/11/2021 My partner and I went to our local Panda Express nearest our home. We ordered at the drive through and were told that the kung pao chicken we ordered would take 10 minutes and that we would have to wait. less than two minutes later we arrive at the window and our food was ready. We checked the box to make sure the order was correct because we couldn't believe we got it that fast. Once we got home I take my first bite and it is room temperature and almost chewy, I then look at the remaining chicken on my fork and it is RAW. My partner had the same dish and we had to stop eating. We returned to the store seeking a refund and were told that it wasn't possible. I was told that they could either re-make our food or we could get a store credit. That is the most absurd thing I've ever heard. If a restaurant serves me unsafe food, I don't want a store credit or to eat anything out of a kitchen that has such low standards and takes a careless approach when preparing things people ingest. After a lengthy exchange, I was offered a cash refund. Summing things up, I cant believe the situation was handled this way and I hope to hear if some sort of food safety training was done at this location. Otherwise, I will be forced to warn others on various platforms that you do not care about preparing food that is safe for consumption.ā€ This e-mail was submitted online through their website. Receipt was confirmed and they asked me to submit the store number, which I did. After that they sent me an e-mail as if they never...

Normally I like Panda Express but this location gave me the worst experience. I ordered a bowl and a bigger plate and then I was told they were out of white rice so I ordered fried rice. Then I was told that one of the entrees I ordered was not available so I switched with another one. The main problem was the incompetent employee could NOT understand what I wanted. As I was looking my order over on the screen, it disappeared. I asked the employee to please put it back on the screen but was told she had already sent it in and to pull forward. I reluctantly pulled forward, paid for the food and moved up (so I didn't block anyone behind me) and inspected my order. My bowl was nowhere to be found and the entrees were wrong. I pulled back around (because the front doors were locked) and being pressed for time, asked for a correction or a refund. The employee had no idea what I was asking her and grabbed her manager. The manager was more confused than the employee even after explaining THREE times what had happened. She offered to remake the food but the items I had ordered where no longer available! I asked for a refund and she refused. I told her to keep the money and food and drove off. Congrats Panda! Keep driving away...

Staff was super friendly and nice. This was my first time ordering a small entree. Sizes were not disclosed on their website so I was SHOCKED when I opened my takeout order to see a minute box in my bag. Never have I seen a regular small order size this small, especially from an Asian eatery. I’d be too embarrassed to even sell this or display this box size. Panda Express should just remove this size from their menu. Serve and charge a little more for a bigger box would definitely been more appeasing. Taste of their selections have always been good. It’s just this small size that I was taken aback. I took a photo of it besides my AirPod case for size comparison.

Panda Express delivered a pleasant surprise with their Orange Chicken, which was more delightful than I had anticipated. The sauce was a standout, offering a perfect balance of sweetness and tang with a subtle vinegar kick that made each bite exciting. The chicken itself was tender and flavorful, and the breading was the perfect texture and firmness. I ordered a side of noodles which was a nice addition, with their soft texture and savory taste complementing the zesty chicken beautifully. Generous portions rounded out a satisfying meal that left me looking forward to my next visit.

This was the first time I actually was super disappointed in the food I got from this chain. I ordered on the app, and requested cook to order food per the reviews. I got old and cold food! The chicken wasn’t even the orange chicken I ordered. I’ve never had this one and I hated it! It was old and just overly crunchy. The noodles were little bits, not even long normal noodles. The Beijing beef was soft, not dark and crispy like normally. I didn’t like this location at all. People would rather wait on fresh hot food, than receive unfresh food that’s been sitting there
