1/8/25 at 7pm-ish. After attending a class at Master Seongs, my family went to order our favorite Chicken Caesar wrap. I got an email of free sandwich or wrap and decided to order 3 so I can get a total of 4 wraps. She kept saying it doesn’t include the wraps and I proved her wrong by showing the email. I also told the lady that 2 of them are meals and one is by itself. I confirmed and repeated my order and she gave me a look of confusion and then an attitude afterwards. Instead of her asking me to confirm my order, she said very rudely “You’re making it so complicated!” And immediately left the counter. How rude! She doesn’t deserve to be in the counter. Please check your camera so you can see how she represent your company. Very disappointing service. She literally have issues and she’s taking out on customer. You can definitely see it on her face that she’s not happy to be there. Kindly teach her how to smile and learn customer service please. I feel bad for her. But I’m thankful for JACK for doing a great job, he took care of our order and was very nice and RESPECTFUL. He’s the only one that deserves 5...

I seen the advertisement for the Firecracker Combo and thought to myself... THIS LOOKS AMAZING!!!!
So I decided to drive to The Woodlands because Conroe doesn't have one.
When I arrive they was not busy. Only 1 table had customers eating at it.
I asked for the Combo and they said that there was no red tortillas and that they was in the freezer. I replied... no problem. I am a former chef and I am aware that it doesn't take long to dethaw tortillas. I CAN WAIT!
While waiting the Coke Zero was out. Had to ask them to refill it.
The trash was still full as if the 1st shift never emptied it.
As I was eating the wrap and thought to myself.... this just isn't good...
Then after a few more bites I realized I was EATING PAPER!
YES PAPER!
PAPER WAS WRAPED UP INSIDE THE WRAP!!!!!!!!
Needless to say it went in the trash and there is no manager on duty. Maybe they will be into tomorrow?

When I pulled up to the door, I did not immediately go in...one person was waiting on a customer and the other lady was leaning over the counter on her cell phone playing. I sat there in the car waiting for my notification that my order was done. But yet never came because no one was doing it. I waited another 15 minute in the car. Finally walked in and the lady then placed her phone down. I said I had placed an order online and she lied to my face and said it was not ready yet because they were slammed.
