Taco John's — Restaurant in Thermopolis

We ordered almost sixty dollars worth of food through the mobile app. Upon arriving, we were told we'd have to wait in the parking lot for our order. After nearly thirty-five minutes of sitting hungry in our car, we decided to call the store to check on the ETA of our food. The girl who answered the phone was anything but polite & acted like we were a nuisance of some-kind. After nearly another ten minutes, she walked out to where we were parked & almost threw our food through the front passenger-side window where I was seated. Not a single "Have a good rest of your night" or "We appreciate the business" type of interaction. We got back to the hotel room to realize that the Taco Salad was filled with 3/4's lettuce & not much else. The rest of the food was just thrown together outta convenience for themselves & not the customer. I'd avoid them entirely during my next stay & would strongly recommend others...

Food/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 - Super Potato Ole is tater tots with nacho cheese, shredded cheese, beef, tomatoes, very small scoop of neon green guacamole, and two dollops of sour cream. It said it had refried beans but we couldn't taste or see it. Very salty dish overall

Super Burrito with beef, refried beans, lettuce, tomato, raw onion, and sour cream. Very uneven in filling where one of the bites was just mostly raw onions and another just mostly sour cream

Taco Burger really was just taco filling inside two hamburger buns. Tasted how it sounds

Ambience: 3/5 - typical fast food chain but the chairs were worn down with holes and the tables a bit sticky

Service: 3/5 - two workers were sitting at the booth and got up when they saw us walking towards the restaurant. Very short in their speech and didn't feel like they wanted to be there

I live in Thermopolis just about every time I go to taco Johns I’m met with the worst customer service in the entire town. My order is almost never correct because the person taking the order doesn’t put what I asked on the order or the person making the food just disregards what does get put on the order. Also with this kind of customer service and performance from the workers you’d think that the price of the food would be reasonable but it’s not, the prices for the food are way to high to be paying especially when I get my food and it’s not what I even ordered. If you come to thermopolis and are looking a place to grab a quick bite to eat go anywhere but taco johns, if you go you’ll be paying way to much for a small amount of food, you won’t get the food you ordered, and you will have to deal with the poor customer service of the drive thru or...
