I've been going to this Chinese restaurant for 10+ yrs faithfully, literally the only Chinese restaurant I like in the area, this past yr I've noticed the quality in food and service has fallen significantly, but I figured it's bc they be overwhelmed at times, they keep going up on there prices but I don't mind as long as I'm getting my money worth. The past 3 or more times I've walked into this restaurant and ordered my food and sat and waited on my food inside, my food isn't fresh like the chicken is either old or burnt, I called and spoke to the manager and she told me it's nothing she can do about it. I find that very unprofessional and so dissatisfying to hear seeing as I am a loyal customer that doesn't give them any problems, I spend good money with them on top of the fact that I tip the lady taking my order very well Everytime. Chu's China Bistro. Went there for lunch on Friday, April 13th and what a surprise to what I found in my fried rice. It appear to be MICE droppings in my food. ThIS is SICKENING. THE manager was very confident that nothing will be done. He told me to call the health department. Had he'll trying to connect with the proper authority. Since this business is in Calumet City...had to call the Village of Calumet City Inspector. Let's see if he's correct. I hope not. WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN. Absolute worst service I've ever received at a restaurant. I used GrubHub to have the Sesame Chicken lunch special delivered. I work at a university and the driver had a hard time finding the address. I offered to help them out and that's when the driver told me I would have to update the restaurant with the new address. I told him the address I have him was the correct address and he hung up. I tried to call the restaurant that the guy there yelled at me that the driver was upset with him and it's not his concern anymore and hung up. This was my first time using GrubHub and my first time attempting to order from this restaurant. I was extremely disappointed....
