I had to wait 23 minutes in the drive thur to place an order.....i order super greens and teriyaki chicken....the cashier was apologetic about the wait time. Before driving away, i checked my order and realized it was wrong. She gave me orange chicken and super greens. I told her, and she asked me to pull up in spot #2, and she would bring my order right out. I waited in spot #2 for 30 minutes....no one came out. While i waited, i called the restaurant to speak to someone, and no one answered. So, by this time, i decided i no longer wanted the food, just a refund. I went inside to speak with a different girl, and she was completely apologetic and offered to fit it....i told her i would prefer the refund at this point. She spoke with someone in the back cooking and then told me the manager would be right with me. I waited inside 10 minutes before a young man walked over to me with a careless kind of smirk on his face...i asked him if he was the manager and was he going to process my refund. He said, "Why?" I said,"What do you mean why?" So i re explained this terrible experience, and he smirked and slowly walked to the cash register. The lady that originally messed up my order came over to apologize to me and said, "She was so sorry she forgot out me." She then processed to tell her manager her side and that she forgot. The manager seemed to be careless about the whole Ordeal. He doesn't seem to hold his team countable, and the Establishment seems to be in Chaos in disruption. The manager slowly walks back over to me and hands me the receipt. And said 5 to 7 business days. The manager never acknowledged my experience or my time being wasted....he was the worst part of the experience to me....at least the ladies were apologetic and remorseful. That manager unfortunately has no business running a team. Zero...
Read moreWalk into this place and order 2 of thr 3 entre meals, the lady comes up and says that they are all out of Orange chicken and string bean something or other.. I'm like ok looks like poor invetory in food, if you are a chain restaurant you shoild never run out of anything. So i ordered firechicken, bejing beef and gtilled chicken terriaki.. usually they place the 3rd the chicken terriaki in a small square container for a side entre, but i figured I'd save them the box and have them put it on my fried rice. She dug in the bowl of boneless checken breast and pulled out the smallest cut and chopped it with her chopping knife, slid it iver my rice and cosed the container. . My son had the second 3entre meal, he got his on the side, she had to pack that sidebox container bc it would look like skimping for real.. i shook my head in disbelief and just said to myself be cool its just food. So I paid eith my Visa, but realized i was going to meet somebody and needed to break a 20 dollar bill. So before she swiped my visa she said she can change my bill. Then in her headset she spoke to the gurl right behind her 4 ft away, Can i make change for this guy? She replied to me sry we can make change. I told her i just spend $24 buying food, i would have ysed cash if I knew this. And that that was unacceptable. The gurl came from behind and asked for my 20. Then, made change.. as I sat and began to eat, i dipped my chicken with its flavored sauces into my rice.. i started biting on hard little peices.. thinkin it was bone from the boneless chicken. I spit it out. It was uncooked rice, i figured maybe just that spot nope.. the whole half my container was mixed uncooked rice hard as rocks...i told the manager. And...
Read moreThis location is absolutely horrible to put it nicely. I am from out of state. The Panda Express from where I’m from is always fresh and tastes great. My friend who lives here has been telling me Panda Express is so bad. I didn’t understand why they believed that until today. I ordered my go-to: a bowl with fried rice and honey sesame chicken. The rice was so hard I almost broke my back tooth. There were black speckles all throughout the rice with burn marks on most and a burnt taste. One or two pieces, hey I’m understanding, but this was every single bite. I actually had to spit the rice out of my mouth into the to-go bag it was so bad. I believe the rice was old, extremely burnt, and over cooked which was surprising because I came around 11:20a. It was so hard it tasted like it had not been cooked at all. I could visibly see that the chicken was not fully coated in the sauce, many pieces had sides that were bare. The chicken tasted chewy and dry, not fresh at all. The veggies in the honey sesame chicken were raw. This being their only experience, I now see why my friend thinks Panda is absolutely horrible. Consuming hard and burnt rice is not safe and I’m hoping I don’t get sick.. my stomach has already started knotting up. I never write reviews ESPECIALLY being out of town, but I literally had to. This is the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. I am truly disgusted and have absolutely wasted my money as I had to spit all my food out. I truly don’t see myself going back to Panda again because this experience...
