Management overseeing training for the Geek Squad staff needs to provide one-on-one "extensive training" to the female employee that I encountered today at about 12:45 p.m.
While approaching the counter, I could immediately see negative energy in her facial expression. In working with the public using common sense, she would have greeted me as a customer in Best Buy to say, "Hello, how can I help you?" She didn't open her mouth, so I said hello and asked a question regarding my cell phone.
It's not always what you say, but how you say it. She said in a "nasty tone," We no longer provide that service anymore. I will never return to that store...
