I’m kind of disappointed today. This used to be my favorite location and I come from far to go to this location a couple of weeks ago. I ordered some from them and the cat look like that second picture I didn’t go back because I come so far to go back I didn’t even waste my time with calling because I’m never really out in the area like that so today I go because I’m out in the area and I go get a large french fry only and large french fry And I paid $3.26 for this large fry so maybe when you go to the stores and restaurants maybe you can see the product before they actually place it so I asked him what did a small look like oh my gosh, a small fry is a joke It’s like a toddlers fry. When my mom and I go during the weekdays, we’ve had good service and great food. During the weekend... 2 people in particular have been rude and producing food that is inedible. On NYE when I called I was told I could use my card and someone else can pick up the order. When I got there the young lady said the CC card machine’s lines were cut and they can only take cash. I had to come back. I sent my brother and sister and my brother asked about the machine being back up and the other cashier was clueless... Excepting cash only on a busy day... yeah ok. I called and placed my order at 8:40, and was told it would be ready at 9. I showed up to pick it up at 9:10, and was told to wait 2 minutes for cheese sticks. I didn't leave with my food until 9:35, TWENTY-FIVE MINUTES after I was told to wait a quick 2. I asked for an extra 2 liter since I had to wait an hour. Cashier told me he didn't wanna lose his job. I told him that I didn't wanna cost him his job, but I also didn't wanna wait an hour for my food. He told me I "didn't have ti be rude about it" (I wasn't), so I just told him to have a good night. When I got home, the food was already cold.
